Israel Confirms: Michigan Synagogue Attacker’s Brother Was Hezbollah Commander

\A chilling connection and a confirmation that terror cells—or at least individual terrorists—are being activated in our homeland. The attacker’s identity was confirmed late last week: Ayman Mohamad Ghazali, from Dearborn Heights, came to the U.S. legally in 2011 after receiving sponsorship from his then-wife, a U.S. citizen, and became a citizen himself in 2016 (CBS). Israel Hayom: The IDF confirmed Sunday, following the completion of a thorough intelligence review, that it had eliminated a Hezbollah anti-tank commander whose brother is the terrorist who carried out an attack on a synagogue in Michigan, USA, where the attacker was killed without managing to harm any of those present. Ibrahim Mohammad Ghazali – a weapons team commander in a special department within Hezbollah’s Badr Unit, and the brother of Ayman Mohammad Ghazali, a US-born Lebanese-American citizen living in the United States – was eliminated on March 5 as part of IDF operations against the Hezbollah terrorist organization in Lebanon (Israel Hayom).
