Chaos engulfed Milan as tens of thousands flooded the streets to protest the 2026 Winter Olympics, with demonstrations devolving into hours-long clashes with police. Antifa-aligned groups hurled fireworks as weapons—firing them directly at officers and members of the press—leaving at least one reporter screaming in pain after being struck at close range.

Officials say the violence underscores a pattern of coordinated militant tactics seen at similar anti-Olympics and anti-ICE demonstrations across Europe, with police units under siege for hours before order was restored.
Milan currently looks like a war zone. Police are deploying tear gas at domestic terrorists who are protesting the U.S. ICE deployment during the Winter Olympics, even though ICE won’t be policing the streets or directly interacting with the public.
