CNN was just forced to read on air why the Georgia prosecutor dropped the entire election case against President Trump.
And their viewers are not going to like what they heard…especially the part where he said: “contesting an election is not unlawful.”

Check out CNN calling the case “historic” in its headline. The only historic element here isn’t the charges — it’s the unprecedented political abuse, corruption, and weaponization of the justice system needed to invent them. And the media’s complicity.
Georgia prosecutor who took over Trump election case after Fani Willis moves to drop all charges

ADVERTISEMENTThe prosecutor who took over the Georgia 2020 election interference case against President Trump and more than a dozen allies moved to drop all charges Wednesday, saying that pursuing the matter would be “unproductive.”
Peter Skandalakis — who appointed himself as prosecutor after he failed to find anyone else willing to take the job following the ouster of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis — filed a motion to dismiss the case against Trump and 14 co-defendants on Wednesday.
Skandalakis acknowledged in the 23-page filing that the case “is on life support and the decision [on] what to do with it falls on me and me alone” before concluding that the appropriate authority to bring charges was former special counsel Jack Smith — whose federal version of the Georgia case was dismissed following Trump’s election in 2024.
