England’s Population Crisis: More INSANE numbers

Just when you thought things could not get more insane in the UK, some new figures, released yesterday, will blow your mind all over again.

What am I talking about?

I’m talking about the latest population figures from the UK’s Office for National Statistics which, in my view, paint a truly shocking and disturbing picture of the sheer pace and scale at which England and Wales are being transformed.

What’s the headline story?

That last year —in one year alone— the population of England and Wales surged by another 707,000 people —an increase of some 1.2 per cent in a single year.

That’s the second largest annual increase in more than 75 years —it really is historic and reflects the ongoing ‘population explosion’ that’s taking place.

To put that annual growth figure of 707,000 people in perspective, consider this.

Between Margaret Thatcher’s election, in 1979, and the arrival of Tony Blair, in 1997, the annual rate of population increase in England and Wales never surpassed 188,000 in a single year and averaged out, over the whole period, at 111,000 people each year.

Then, during the Blair and Brown years, between 1997 and 2010, the annual rate of population increase peaked at 457,000, in 2010 and averaged 305,000 every year.

Then, during the 2010s, between the election of David Cameron, in 2010, and Boris Johnson, in 2019, it peaked at 479,000 people, in 2011, averaging 408,000 a year, equivalent to adding a city the size of Leicester in just one year.

Crazy, huh?

Well, brace yourself.

Illegal immigration to Britain is accelerating at an unprecedented pace, with more than 25,000 arrivals recorded between January 1 and July 31 — an average of one every 12 minutes.

The milestone has been reached earlier than in any previous year on record and has ignited fierce political criticism of Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s Labour government.

By contrast, the 25,000 mark was reached on Sept. 22 in 2023, and not until Oct. 2 the year before that. Even in 2022, the previous record-breaking year with a final tally of 45,774 arrivals, the milestone was not passed until Aug. 27.

Despite Starmer’s repeated promise to ‘smash the gangs’ responsible for Channel crossings, commentators and opposition figures accuse his government of delivering even higher levels of illegal immigration than the Conservative administration it replaced — a government ousted in part due to its own failure to control the borders.

The British government’s decision to accept these individuals is because they’re “refugees,” fleeing a dark and dangerous third world. Of course, no recognition that these peoples’ native countries are dark and dangerous because of them, but even if Starmer’s narrative were true, that these are unfortunate people trapped fleeing a bad system who want to contribute and assimilate, why is the burden on the British people to give them refuge? These are our homes, not their economic opportunity zones and safety nets.

Our ancestors fought, bled, and died to make the West what it is—why is there no expectation for them to do the same for where they’re from? The same goes for the hordes of Latinos coming to the U.S. Oh you voted in socialist dictator Nicolás Maduro and Marxist monster Gustavo Petro? Sounds like you need to lay in the bed you made, or fight, bleed, and die, to restore liberty and prosperity.

Were the sacrifices paid by Alfred and his armies at Edington in vain? Was Richard the Lionheart’s undying devotion to his countrymen as he battled the Muslim hordes during the Third Crusade a wasted virtue? What about the men who followed Richard, giving their lives for a Christian Britain at Arsuf, Siege, and Cyprus—was it all for naught?

Did the souls lost on the beaches of Normandy mean anything? Would British men who were sawn in half by machine gun fire, have chosen the same path if they knew that this is what England would become?

What good were all these incalculable losses if modern politicians, who’ve never given a drop of blood for their nation or people, only taking and taking and taking, were going to hand the nation over to the most backward and dysfunctional hordes of anti-Christian conquerors in the not-too-distant future?

LBC broadcaster Nick Ferrari condemned the government’s approach as “pitiful, lamentable, actually laughable,” adding that the crisis had grown beyond rhetoric. “If it wasn’t so, in some cases, deadly serious — and certainly criminally serious — you could laugh at the promises to smash the gangs,” he said. “Please don’t tell me they’re all fleeing persecution and torture. Please don’t give me that utter crock. Some are, most are not.”

Ferrari went further, slamming the government’s messaging: “They are taking us for utter fools.”

“We will always wonder about Rwanda,” he added, referencing the previous government’s attempt to establish offshore processing of illegal migrants. “We will never know, but at least it would have been worth giving it a try.”

At the beginning of the week, Prime Minister Starmer assured U.S. President Donald Trump that the U.K. was making great progress in tackling illegal migration — a claim that, in light of the recent figures, can only be described as total fabrication. Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp called the situation “a national emergency,” declaring 2025 “the worst year on record so far” with no credible government plan to halt the crossings.

The Conservative Party’s official social media account renewed its call for the deportation of all foreign criminals. The Reform Party replied pointedly, “You imported the foreign criminals,” highlighting the mass immigration levels that occurred under successive Tory governments.

In July, Starmer announced a new Anglo-French agreement with French President Emmanuel Macron aimed at reducing crossings. The policy is said to involve a “one-in, one-out” mechanism under which illegal migrants returned to France would be exchanged for an asylum seeker who had not crossed the Channel. Critics, however, dismissed the deal as ineffective and unenforceable.

A Home Office spokesperson said: “We all want to end dangerous small boat crossings, which threaten lives and undermine our border security.” But the sharp rise in arrivals and lack of visible deterrence measures have left many unconvinced.

On Thursday, amid a spike in crossings, Reform U.K. leader Nigel Farage posted on X: “898 illegals crossed the English Channel yesterday. This means more hotels, more costs, and more people who should not be here. The public has had enough!”

The security threat from mass immigration is clear. As reported by The Times on Friday, the number of foreign-born prisoners in British jails is now at its highest since 2013. They make up one in eight inmates and cost the U.K. an estimated £580 million a year (€678 million).

 

Britain’s heritage is some of the richest in the world. Why? Because it was built by and on Christian morality and directives. The average person could never understand the tremendous character of those who sacrificed and died for causes bigger than themselves, and it absolutely kills me.
