After attending a NYC Community Education Council meeting on July 9th , it seemed apparent that major city school districts have been dead-locked by the dem/soc/commie leftist machine, after all government knows best; as was further borne up by Superintendent Kelly McGuire: untried theories never die, they just get recycled. Like “New Math” they are empowered by what is unique. Untried is better. Complaints be damned.

“The anti-trans resolution would force two-spirit, transgender, gender nonconforming, nonbinary students to play on a team that doesn’t align with their gender identity, and adds the inaccurate and non-legal term “biological sex” in place of gender identity.” [GLAAD

RESOLUTION 280 re transgender participation in female sports
On Feb 26, 2025 …. tensions escalated in the Clinton Middle School gymnasium regarding resolution 248.
Resolution #248 CEC Dis. 2 sponsors like Maud Maron, Charles Love, and Allyson Bowen,could be seen getting up and leaving their seats in the middle of public comment. Often times, Maron, Love and Bowen were told that they were “disrespecting” their constituents by gluing themselves to their phones and computers, sometimes videotaping speakers – at times minors.
CEC District 2 members Gavin Healy, Sonal Patel, Jessica Savage, and Sara Schacter-Erenburg introduced Resolution #245 to the agenda for a vote. The new “Resolution to Rescind Resolution #248,” states that the trans sports ban policy should be rescinded on 11 grounds. Some of these grounds include going against state law, incorrectly categorizing gender as “biological sex,” and that leading athletes and coaches in women’s sports support the inclusion of trans athletes.
RESOLUTION 281 re Illegal Immigration and ICE was also on the agenda, though not as prominently.

As dictated by our human rights laws, transgender individuals, including transgender girls, have the same rights and opportunities as every other New Yorker. Denying them the ability to participate in sports aligned with their gender identity is flatly illegal under the NYC Human Rights Law and the NYS Gender Expression Non-Discrimination Act (GENDA). Identifying someone as male, despite their emotional choice is what brings leftist feelings boiling to the surface. Genetic males do not belong in female supports is a hot topic
In summary, identifying someone as male involves understanding both biological sex and gender identity. It’s important to respect an individual’s self-identified gender and use the correct pronouns.
Technically, it’s a man, not male. Like trans men are real men.
Generally words male and female are silly, there’s no need to talk biology in everyday life. Why don’t ppl just manage to say man and woman instead.
In January 2025, a New York Times/Ipsos poll showed that 79% of respondents supported a ban on transgender athletes from women’s sports.[257][258]
Yet, the hard core LEFT refuses to protect FEMALE children.
