Three senior DHS sources confirm to Fox News that the Muslim terror suspect in Boulder is an illegal Egyptian national who overstayed his visa after entering the U.S. under the Biden administration.
A Holocaust survivor was among the victims of the Boulder Colorado jihad carried out by an Egyptian illegal. THIS is what Democrats and their goons in the judiciary are fighting to keep in this country.
Mohamed Sabry Soliman landed at LAX on August 27, 2022, using a B1/B2 nonimmigrant visa. He was cleared to stay until February 26, 2023. He never left.

Instead, barely a month later, on September 29, 2022, he filed a claim with USCIS — likely an asylum request.
And then, in a move that should outrage every American, USCIS under Biden handed him work authorization on March 29, 2023 — valid until March 28, 2025.
This isn’t a loophole.
This is planned infiltration.
