Just a few months ago the United States was offering a $10 million reward (dead or alive) for Abu Muhammad al-Jolani – the leader of an Al-Qaeda-affiliated terror group. Today he is the leader of Syria and has just arrived in Paris to meet with Emmanuel Macron.
