The Supreme Court, in a 5-4 decision, granted the Trump administration’s request to stay a lower court order from Massachusetts, allowing the administration to continue halting approximately $250 million in Department of Education grants intended for teacher training programs in eight states. These grants were previously used for programs related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Chief Justice John Roberts dissented in this ruling, aligning with the court’s liberal justices. The decision marks a significant moment as it challenges the authority of lower court judges to issue nationwide injunctions without appellate review.
Who owns Roberts? They must have something awful on him. What other explanation can there be for his ongoing betrayal?

Today, the Supreme Court shut down a lower court’s effort to block the Trump Administration from canceling $250 million in taxpayer grants to DEI-related education programs.
This is huge, and goes well beyond the Department of Education, setting the stage in President Trump’s favor for future court battles over executive actions. The entire left-wing apparatus depends on billions in taxpayer dollars endlessly flowing in. Cut off the flow, and the beast dies. (Charlie Kirk)
