Eid al-Fitr Massacres in Syria: Family, Women, Children Slaughtered by Islamic Terror Regime

More massacres happened in Syria over the weekend in addition to the ongoing daily separate killing, kidnapping and unlawful arrests.

“The month of Ramadan is a month of holy war and death for Allah. It is a month for fighting the enemies of Allah and Allah’s messenger.”

Today, members of the new Syrian regime committed a massacre in the village of Harf Banimra in the countryside of Baniyas. The elderly and a child from the Alawite sect were killed. Look at the picture of the extent of poverty and misery of these people. This child does not have the money for new clothes in his size. He tied a rope on his pants to make them fit him.
According to local sources, the assailants emerged from the nearby Al-Disna checkpoint—just 100 meters from the village—and approached the first home they encountered. The unsuspected homeowner welcomed them with traditional Eid hospitality. Upon asking about the village mukhtar (headman), he then arrived shortly after and the gunmen opened fire, killing:

Ibrahim Shaheen (Sumer’s son)
Thaer Shaheen (Sumer’s brother)
Ibrahim Shaheen (Sumer’s father)

 

One happened in the city of Baniyas in the village of Harf Benimra, on the so called general security forces. They came from a nearby military base, entered one of the houses and asked for mayor of the village, and when he arrived they killed him and everyone in the house and left back to their base. The only thing the ISIS government did was send more fighters to the base.

In the city of Homs, specifically in the neighborhood called Karm El-Zaytoun, a fighter in the seciurty forces and his son attacked a house their, killed the parents and their 3 children, 16, 12 and 2 years old in addition to their two gustes.

I have obtained alarming information regarding the brutal massacre of the Alawite Ibrahim family in the [ Karm Al-Zaytoun ] neighborhood of Homs Governorate. The family was slaughtered in cold blood on the night of March 30, 2025 (coinciding with Eid al-Fitr), amid a systematic media blackout imposed on the incident.

Victims include:
1. Bashar Ibrahim(husband)
2. Oula (wife)
3. Ghazal, 16 years old (daughter)
4. Ahmed, 12 years old (son)
5. Haytham Ibrahim, 2 years old (son)
Additionally, a guest staying with the family was killed.

Primary Suspects:
– Abu Khaled and his son, who are affiliated with the Syrian regime’s public security apparatus .
– It is critical to note that these suspects previously led campaigns to forcibly displace other communities from the area.
– Trapped by dire financial circumstances, the Ibrahim family could not flee and were ultimately exterminated solely due to their Alawite identity.

Similar Incident:
This atrocity mirrors a massacre in the Banias area of Tartus Governorate (on Syria’s coast), where a village official was targeted and killed alongside with another family.

Escalating Violence:
These sectarian acts signal a dangerous escalation and risk mirroring patterns of past genocidal campaigns in the region.

Why didn’t anyone move? Why wasn’t there a decision to protect us? This is a disgrace.

This is how Eid came.. in the Al-Qusour neighborhood in the city of Banias after the massacres of the gangs of Al-Julani, Trump and Netanyahu and everyone is waiting for this Islamic extremism to grow and to oppress everyone.. I don’t know why no one understands! This is ISIS! It will kill everyone who is not a jihadist , Why the silence! We are human beings, we are human beings, we are human beings, we are human beings. A child.. a civilian.. a poor person who does not have the price of a belt, tied the pants with a black thread, as a result of thinness and poverty.
