Wisconsin Supreme Court Election Happening Tomorrow: The Most Important Election Since The Historic Presidential Election

The Wisconsin Supreme Court election is happening tomorrow, April 1. No April fools joke, this is deadly serious. It’s wild but true – the future of American freedom hangs on the balance.

This election decides who controls The House of Representatives and Voter ID

Elon Musk “The single biggest challenge, I think is actually just making people aware that there is this very important election. There’s both the very important election for Judge Schimel as well as the deciding on, on adding voter ID to the Wisconsin Constitution institution, which is very, very important.

Grok: This election pits liberal Dane County Judge Susan Crawford against conservative Waukesha County Judge Brad Schimel to replace retiring liberal Justice Ann Walsh Bradley, who’s stepping down after 30 years. The stakes are high: the court’s current 4-3 liberal majority hangs in the balance, and the outcome will shape rulings on abortion, voting rights, redistricting, and labor issues for the next decade.

This race is already the most expensive judicial election in U.S. history, with spending exceeding $81 million as of late March, per the Brennan Center for Justice, and projections suggest it could hit $100 million by the end. Elon Musk has been a major player, pouring over $17.5 million into supporting Schimel through super PACs, plus a $2 million donation to the Wisconsin Republican Party, which funneled $1.2 million to Schimel’s campaign. Liberals, backed by donors like George Soros ($1 million to the state Democratic Party), have countered with about $40 million in ad spending compared to $33 million from Schimel’s side, according to AdImpact.

The court’s recent moves—like striking down Republican-drawn legislative maps in 2023 and reversing a ban on absentee ballot drop boxes—show its power to shift Wisconsin’s political landscape. Pending cases on a 1849 abortion ban and collective bargaining rights (Act 10) amplify the election’s weight. Schimel, a former GOP attorney general, has Trump’s endorsement and has leaned into a tough-on-crime, anti-abortion stance, though he’s said voters should decide abortion policy. Crawford, a former prosecutor and Planned Parenthood attorney, champions reproductive rights and judicial independence, framing Musk’s involvement as a threat.

Polls are tight. A mid-March OnMessage Inc. survey had them tied at 47%, while a late March SoCal Strategies poll gave Crawford a 50-42 edge. Early voting turnout is up 48% from 2023, with over 345,000 ballots cast by last week, per the Wisconsin Elections Commission. Wisconsin’s a toss-up state—Trump won it by just 29,000 votes in 2024—so turnout will decide this.

“This Supreme Court election is ground zero. Every conservative voice should be sounding the alarm. If Brad Schimel doesn’t win on April 1st, the GOP will lose two House seats in 2026—and with them, the majority.” (X)

“The Democrats are trying to redraw the districts in Wisconsin… to remove two house seats. That’s what this whole Supreme Court Justice race is about. So I really want to emphasize to people out there, if you’re in Wisconsin.. get out and vote for Brad Schimel.” (Elon Musk)

The Democrat billionaire cabal are dumping millions into this race. More than 80 million dollars has been spent. It is the most expensive State Supreme Court contest on record.

Now reports are emerging of secret counting backrooms. Remember that in 2020, Milwaukee was home to “Zuckbucks” meddling and late-night ballot dumps. In 2024, it was the site of alleged ballot harvesting, broken tabulator seals, and a mysterious “black curtain.” As one unnamed source said, “this is a major perception issue.”
