Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey asked the DOJ to investigate whether Biden’s cognitive mental decline allowed unelected officials to make decisions without his knowledge or approval.
If that’s the case, Biden’s executive orders, pardons, and other actions, may be unconstitutional and void.There are legitimate concerns in Washington that the United States effectively lacked a president over the past four years. Investigations reveal that Biden personally signed almost nothing during his presidency; pardons, legislation, and executive orders were all authorized via autopen. Moreover, Biden convened just one cabinet meeting last year, leaving cabinet secretaries largely independent, receiving minimal direction from the White House and virtually no guidance from Biden himself.
