It was all political persecution. Political theater in the cause of overthrowing our Constitutional Republic. Trump’s DoJ must indict and convict these traitors.
WASHINGTON — Special counsel Jack Smith has filed a motion to drop all four felony charges against President-elect Donald Trump in connection with his effort to overturn his 2020 presidential election in the lead-up to the deadly Jan. 6 attack on the U.S Capitol.

Liberals straight up admitting in the New York Times that their lawfare campaign was purely political. Truly awe inspiring. pic.twitter.com/OIj5BxuKqe

People are wrongly celebrating this as a victory and a defeat of lawfare. But we only narrowly escaped, and perhaps only temporarily, the nation-ending consequences of the Democrat declaration of war against the rule of law. People’s lives were ruined. Families were bankrupted.… https://t.co/G22WpU2Ulb

Jack Smith and his office must face severe legal, political, and financial consequences for their blatant lawfare and election interference.
This includes a federal criminal probe for conspiracy against rights under 18 U.S.C. § 241.

Reminder that Jack Smith spent over $50 million taxpayer dollars on his corrupt fishing expedition to get President Trump before the voters could elect him.
$50 million.

Jack Smith files motion to dismiss Jan. 6 case against Donald Trump before his inaugurationADVERTISEMENTBy Ryan King, NY Post, Nov. 25, 2024:
Special counsel Jack Smith on Monday moved to dismiss four charges against President-elect Donald Trump for his alleged 2020 election subversion efforts.
Citing Trump’s victory in the 2024 presidential election and precedent against indicting a sitting US president, Smith asked the court to dismiss its indictment against the 45th and soon-to-be 47th president.
“It has long been the position of the Department of Justice that the United States Constitution forbids the federal indictment and subsequent criminal prosecution of a sitting President,” Smith’s team wrote in a filing.
Trump had been charged with conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, conspiracy against rights and conspiracy to defraud the United States.
Smith had reportedly been working to wind down his cases against Trump — and step down before the former president gets sworn back into office on Jan. 20, 2025, and fires him.
