Many Geller Report readers are too young to remember, but when Iran took American hostages back in 1979, it was colossal news. There are news stories and then there are historic news stories. The Iran hostage crisis was just that, the biggest news story of the late twentieth century. Every night on the six o’clock news, all the major networks led with the hostage story. Every day they would count the days. Walter Cronkite of CBS News, Tom Brokaw of NBC News, Frank Reynolds of ABC News etc. would lead their news broadcasts with ‘Day 52’ (and so on) ending only on Day 444, January 20, 1981 – when Ronald Reagan, a strong leader, took office.
And when the hostages were released, it was a national day of celebration.
Fast forward to 2024. Not even a mention of the American hostages being held in the terror stronghold of Gaza. It is an extraordinary and terrible consequence of the Democrat hatred of America and even deeper hatred of the Jewish nation.

We have lost our humanity and our national purpose.
It is an abomination.
Can anyone think of another situation in history where Americans were taken hostage by terrorists and our President acted as if this has not occurred.
