(Photo:Officials with Seattle Public Schools (SPS) are reviewing comments made by a teacher at Chief Sealth High School that appeared to justify the murder of Israeli victims during the October 7 attack on communities near the border with Gaza.
The teacher, Ian Golash, was confronted this week at the school by “Accuracy In Media” (AIM), a conservative activist group that has taken aim at educators across the country for alleged Antisemitic comments.
AIM president Adam Guillette asked Golash if women were murdered at the Re’im music festival on October 7.
“They were,” Golash responded.
Guillete then asked Golash if he believed the murders were justified.
“Yes,” Golash said.
“The murder of innocent women just attending a music festival, that was justified in your opinion?” Guillette asked Golash.
“No. I think resistance against Israel is justified, yes,” Golash responded.

I am Jewish, but don’t agree with this. Public schools should stick to teaching reading, writing. grammer, aritmitic and higher math and basic science In 7th grade on ward include geogrophy together with world history up to events lead to WWWI, earth science In 8th grade review of all previous material, geograpy and history cover events that lead to WWI, WWII changes, science chemistry.
By now students schould be writing essays, doing debates of materials covered in science and history, study new wars that including Korea, Vietnam and China (including heroin war). 9th writing essays,participating in debates, study political science, trigonometry.

Ian Golash is a Communist high school teacher has been accused of berating a student for describing himself as “straight” — saying it’s “offensive” because it suggests LGBTQ people must be “crooked.”

If that happened here they would probably let them go immediately or give them a 2 week trial by our self serving scum bucket lawyers resulting in 2 days suspended sentences, 2 hours therapy and then let go.
