Judicial Watch announced today it received 62 pages of records from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit, showing that the FBI opened a criminal investigation of Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt after her killing and listed four “potential violations of federal law,” including felony rioting and civil disorder.

FBI files requested by Judicial Watch on the death of Ashli Babbitt have revealed that the bureau considered classifying her as a terrorist after she was shot and killed by Capitol Police on January 6th.
The information emerged from 62 redacted documents obtained by Judicial Watch through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
“It is beyond belief that the Biden FBI gave Ashli Babbitt’s killer a free pass while engaging in a malicious months-long ‘criminal’ investigation of Babbitt herself,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton stated.
The watchdog group is pursuing a $30 million wrongful death suit on behalf of Babbitt’s family. In a court filing last week, it was revealed that the Biden DOJ is trying to move the case from California to Washington, D.C. in hopes of having a judge and jury that would be more sympathetic to prosecutors.

Just to think of a the national politically correct outrage and even riots that would occur if a White Capital police officer had shot dead a BLM rioter , for any reason ,no matter how valid that reason was.
It’s a outright affront and travesty to justice and everything that is good ,decent and right to give that vicious murderer of Ashli Babbitt, a promotion what he m Michael Byrd should actually be in prison for murder.

It was reversed with the George Floyd verdict. Floyd, a no good for nothing ghetto criminal, was immortalized as a saint while Police officer, Derek Chauvin, was railroaded and still sits in a prison cell. Floyd, the Great, died of an overdose.
Officer Chauvin has been stabbed by another inmate 21 times.
Tell me that there is justice in America.

Police officer, Derek Chauvin who was sentenced to prison by the politically correct court of “law” for the death of that hoodlum George Floyd completely refused to take into consideration everything that really mattered.
The PC court didn’t take into account that Mr. Floyd was both a drug trafficking and drug using hooligan and that one of the reason his died that night was not only that the officer used force on him, which is the only language that thugs and gangsters are able to understand because that will not respond to reason. Floyd died because of his drug abuse about with the force that officer used on him.
If Floyd hadn’t resisted the officer force then would not have been needed to control him.
Floyd died by his drug abuse and the stress he brought upon himself by being such a fool that he resisted arrest. In other words, Floyd is responsible for his own death.
