Fulton County Superior Judge Scott McAfee has dropped six counts in the Georgia criminal election interference case against former President Donald Trump and five other defendants, writing:

“The lack of detail concerning an essential legal element is, in the undersigned opinion, fatal.”

Judge dismisses some charges against Trump in the Georgia 2020 election interference case

By: Kate Bruback, Associated Press, Mar 13, 2024:

ATLANTA (AP) — The judge overseeing the Georgia 2020 election interference case on Wednesday dismissed some of the charges against former President Donald Trump and others, but many counts in the sweeping racketeering indictment remain intact.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee wrote in an order that six of the counts in the indictment must be quashed, including three against Trump, the presumptive 2024 Republican presidential nominee. But he left in place other charges, and he said prosecutors could seek a new indictment on the charges he dismissed.

The ruling is a blow for Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, whose case has already been on shaky ground with an effort to have her removed from the prosecution over her romantic relationship with a colleague. It’s the first time charges in any of Trump’s four criminal cases have been dismissed, with the judge saying prosecutors failed to provide enough detail about the alleged crime.

The case needs to be dismissed …

… and a new one opened against Fani and her team for malicious prosecution.

Fani and her boy toy should also face criminal charges for embezzling.

… and Fani and everyone within two degrees of separation needs to be investigated for their involvement in a RICO styled malicious prosecution case …

… and yes, I know this involves White House and other Federal personnel.

None of this will happen.

I doubt that any conservative will suggest it. Not even a think tank.

And the silence could be fear of reprisals – NOW –

… but HAD WE DONE THIS LONG AGO …

… when those of us in the poor white trash and pond scum community …

… TOLD Y’ALL that this was coming down the pike at you …

We would not be here.

G-d help us … because without a miracle … we’re done.

If she is successful in stacking Trump their next step will to put all conservatives in gulags. Franklin Delano Roosevelt interned 110 thousand Japanese Americans in camps by executive order. Anyone that does not support the Democrats will be accused of insurrection, even though the Democratic Party is the party of insurrection.
Remember the state of South Carolina, dominated by Democrats when it seceded from he Union six weeks after Lincoln was elected? Lincoln was murdered by a Democrat.

Trump needs to incarcerate her to the highest extent of the law if we have an election, and he is allowed to occupy the office of President of the US.

She’s a sock puppet for the Democrats. Not many years ago she would have been labelled as uppity! If she did not carry out Democrat policies the KKK would have shown up at her door and lynched her. Tuskegee Institute recorded that from 1882 to 1968 4,000 people were lynched by what they called Democrat Vigilante groups.
Some 2,800 were free Blacks and the remaining 1,200 were what they called radical Republicans caught registering free Blacks to vote.
The Democratic Party is literally satanic. They began the Civil War over abolition of slavery and then losing that war they worked out a new strategy to keep Blacks as slaves, but were not satisfied to stop there. They’re come for everyone else. It was the Southern Democrat John Calhoun, who began the Civil War. The Northern Democrat Stephen Douglas had tried to allow the expansion of slavery into the West.
The 1619 Project claims America was founded for slavery. If that was true then why did the Northwest Ordinance of 1787 ban slavery in a territory as large as the original 13 states?
