Apparently the Democrat regime’s gun control mania only applies to law abiding American citizens but not illegals. An Obama judge U.S. District Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman recently ruled illegals can carry guns.
This all goes back to the relentless war on our first amendment – free speech. Once you criminalize speech (under the Orwellian ‘hate speech), all of our other rights come crashing down, like dominoes.

Big brother gets even bigger. Department of Justice: The Justice Department launched the National Extreme Risk Protection Order (ERPO) Resource Center (the Center) which will provide training and technical assistance to law enforcement officials, prosecutors, attorneys, judges, clinicians, victim service and social service providers, community organizations, and behavioral health professionals responsible for implementing laws designed to keep guns out of the hands of people who pose a threat to themselves or others. ERPO laws, which are modeled off domestic violence protection orders, create a civil process allowing law enforcement, family members (in most states), and medical professionals or other groups (in some states) to petition a court to temporarily prohibit someone at risk of harming themselves or others from purchasing and possessing firearms for the duration of the order (Department of Justice).

Conservative Alerts: President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) made a significant announcement on Saturday with the launch of the National Extreme Risk Protection Order (ERPO) Resource Center, catching some congressional Republicans off guard. Attorney General Merrick Garland emphasized in a press release that the new center aims to equip law enforcement officials and other stakeholders with resources to prevent individuals deemed dangerous from accessing firearms. ERPOs, commonly known as “red flag” laws, enable authorities to confiscate guns from individuals deemed to pose a threat to themselves or others, with provisions to prevent them from purchasing or possessing firearms for the duration of the order.
The newly launched National ERPO Resource Center includes a website offering a plethora of resources and guidance for stakeholders involved in implementing red flag laws. It provides training and technical assistance to various professionals, including law enforcement officers, prosecutors, judges, and mental health professionals, involved in executing laws aimed at curbing access to firearms for individuals deemed risky.
Additionally, the center’s website features a comprehensive state-by-state guide on red flag laws across the country, offering specific information on each state’s ERPO legislation. Currently, 21 states and the District of Columbia have enacted red flag laws, reflecting a growing trend in adopting measures to address concerns related to gun violence and mental health.
Republican lawmakers, however, expressed surprise and concern over the DOJ’s move to establish a federal resource center for red flag laws. Some, like Representative Thomas Massie and Senator Mike Lee, voiced opposition to the initiative, questioning its authorization and raising concerns about potential overreach by the federal government in matters traditionally regulated by states.

I’ve been replaced by an army that will jump for every dollar they can take.
I don’t have anything left to lose. Our treasonous government didn’t protect me from this army, even 40 years ago. The churches were even helping this army 40 years ago.
As a “little one” I wasn’t worth protecting. Maybe you’re important enough to protect.

We’re looking at the reasons for the 2nd Amendment. It works in overwhelming numbers. That’s how we were born. When we are unable to defend ourselves, we’re dead.
The government is no longer a servant. It hasn’t been a servant for a century. It was grown into a deceptive tyrant, and we didn’t really notice because we were busy chasing a shrinking dollar to pay a growing bill and free ourselves from debt that never ends.

I would call for revolution, but too few would participate, and many would unwittingly fight in the wrong direction. I think our rulers will do something so horrible that we have no choice but to defend ourselves. I would never suggest, and I have never suggested, that a few armed citizens or militias try to take power back from our ruling class because that doesn’t work. It works in overwhelming numbers and when the enemy is clearly identified like the redcoats were. When we’re bloody enough there will be the numbers necessary to win.
The strongest bull can’t take on the lions. A few of the strongest bulls can’t take on the lions. 1/3 of the herd turning to offense is a no win situation for the lions, and they either have to run or die.

It’s hard to image a peaceful solution to this situation. We’re already being murdered.
The entire 8 years of Obama was treason. That couldn’t happen without the support of a massive preexisting network of traitors. The effort to install Hillary was treason. The 2016 election was an attempt to resolve our situation peacefully. The opposition to the Trump administration was treason and mass murder. The 2020 election was treason. The Biden regime has been treason and mass murder. It’s hard to imagine this enemy, already so deep in treason and mass murder, just giving up peacefully. They know they should all be in nooses.
Our foreign enemies that play allies have a big dose of payback coming too, and they know it. The other foreign powers that would like to see us fall so they can become what we should be, know they are being baited into attacking us so the enemy controlling us here can use our nuclear arsenal against them. They also know the free meals handed to them by our treasonous government will end when traitors no longer run our government, so they have a big decision to make.
The effort to escape tyranny peacefully is the lesson that there is no peaceful solution to tyranny. That’s just my opinion, and I hope I am proven wrong. When a man being mauled to death by a lion intent on eating him can save himself by blowing kisses at the lion, we can resolve this situation peacefully. Again, that’s just my opinion.

We’re in a really f***** up situation where we have to exhaust every non violent solution to prove their is no non violent solution. We do this while we’re being slaughtered. We are being slaughtered. We have to end up so bloody that our only choice is to fight back or die. That’s a road through hell. It’s probably a lot easier to be patient when you still have something left to lose, including what you look forward to.

When you consider that the American Revolution was fought by around 10 to 20 percent of the population (not the 3 percent that’s often cited), it’s not so daunting to consider that it may come to that as you imply. That is why this administration is pushing against law abiding citizens. This is also another example of their blatant disregard for our Constitution.
