The Democrats have weaponized the American criminal justice system, once the envy of the world. No quarter, no pity, or mercy.
The penalties for this “fraud” case with no victims included a $355 millio, plus another $4 million each for Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, and a $1 million fine for The Trump Organization’s chief financial officer Allen Weisselberg. The penalties are subject to 9 percent interest and have been backdated depending on the entity at issue. Interest is accruing daily.
Democrat Governor Hochul’s “assurances” to every other New York business that this punitive prosecution was an “extraordinary, unusual circumstance” was proof that the Attorney General and the court was illegally biased against Trump, using the law like a club to a baby seal.

Trump Appeals $464 Million Ruling in New York Civil Fraud Case
Former President Donald Trump’s appeal will be filed in the New York State Court of Appeals.

Attorneys for former President Donald Trump have formally appealed a New York civil fraud ruling against him and executives of The Trump Organization, in which they were ordered to pay more than $450 million.
“This appeal is taken from each and every part of the judgment insofar as defendants are aggrieved,” reads the notice of appeal filed Monday, noting that the penalties in total add up to more than $464 million. The appeal will be filed in the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Department.

We forgot how to use the power of numbers. We forgot who we once were. We became a broken Horse, saddled and harnessed and rode hard for over a century. We’ve been looking up to our enemies and looking down on each other.
We’re up against the same evil freaks we fought to become a nation in the first place, and every other enemy they could set us up to fight.
We would have been far better off rising up in overwhelming numbers before Biden was installed, but that’s water of the dam now. We better not make the same mistake again.

I advocate secession. Screw the unity BS, I want no unity with deadbeats, illegal parasites, home grown parasites, criminals, traitors, perverts–in other words, the blue states and democoms. It could be bloodless. We would both get what we want, although the blue states would figure out soon enough it was a mistake when their whole world collapses and their pet minorities turn on them for food, fuel and survival.

Judges have been corrupted, probably even threatened to be corrupt towards any Maga representative and any right wing citizen…and so on…..

Thank you for your wonderful comment. The well written American Declaration of Independence spells it out on what we must do. My grandparents came here to leave countries that were like this one is becoming and America the beautiful is too precious to lose to soros and other commies and all of our enemies. It will not be easy to fight this evil that has been invading and destroying our beautiful country and turning many of us against it. You are so correct that it will not be easy and our Founders pledged their lives, fortunes and sacred honor to do so. I hope that we have the courage to do so as well. I see DJT as the Moses figure sent by our Creator, an imperfect man, to lead us to freedom. Obama seems to be an anti-Christ figure and is behind a lot of the destroy America cult’s actions. Soros, a converted Jew who was never a Christian, should be deported to Hungary to be tried for war crimes and the rest of his family looked into as well for treason. Our schools are brainwashing our children and the teachers’ union must be looked into as well and these brainwashers must not be permitted to teach. The dem party has sold out as well. Obama must be looked into as well and if some Blacks buy his sedition this is not a reason to not go after him. He sees them as useful idiots. Obama, who is a muslim, is not descended from former slaves and does not have the well being of American Blacks on his agenda but uses his skin color to use them as cannon fodder in a battle that is not theirs, to destroy America.

So when NYC seizes Trump Towers, which one of the crooks who falsely prosecuted or judged him will be on the cover of Esquire with all sorts of pics of living in the Don’s home there? Isn’t that what this is really about? Insurrection and French Revolution style taking possession? We don’t have thousands up and down the coastline celebrating the new Genet with their red watch caps with the Phallus symbols prominently displayed on them as Genet — in the 1790s — made his way up the coast from the Carolinas to be received by New York’s Governor Clinton (to later marry his daughter). The Jacobins ARE the Democrat Party, though when you talk to them, they pretend the Jacobins were Communists and that THEY are the ones who own the USA and are the real Americans, and everyone else is a denizen at best.
Trump needs to have attorneys file to dis-BAR the judges and prosecutors in both New York and Georgia, while simultaneously emergency petitioning the US Supreme Court. Not that he is smart enough to do just that…he isn’t, and neither are his attorneys. Track record. Jay Sekulow made a career out of successful emergency petitions to the Supreme Court (to whom I was a donor in the late 80s).

President Trump’s Constitutional Rights have been obliterated.
The Eighth Amendment to the United States Constitution protects against imposing excessive bail, excessive fines, or cruel and unusual punishments.
This case was decided before it even began. This will all be overturned.
The political persecutors need to all be held accountable and executed for treason.
