The young nursing student was out for a jog. This is the first homicide that has been reported on the campus in 30 years. No media outage and little coverage. No George Floyd protests. No shock and calls for immediate action by the Democrat party of treason.
Post Millennial: A Venezuelan illegal immigrant has been arrested and charged for the murder of Laken Riley, a nursing student who was found dead in a wooded area of University of Georgia at Athens (UGA) campus on Thursday.
Jose Antonio Ibarra, 26, was arrested and booked into Clarke County Jail for the accused murder of Laken Riley and charged with malice murder, felony murder, aggravated battery, and other criminal violations including kidnapping, according to the Daily Mail.
Story continues below advertisementIbarra was released into the interior of the US by Customs and Border Patrol because the border crisis had worsened to a point where they did not have enough space at a detention facility to hold him.
Riley, 22, was found dead in the wooded area of campus after a roommate reported her as missing. UGA Police Chief Jeffrey Clark told reporters that this was possibly a “crime of opportunity.”

Nursing student Laken Riley did not know suspected killer Jose Ibarra, who is not a US citizen: police

A 26-year-old man believed to have entered the US illegally has been charged with murdering nursing student Laken Riley, whose body was found on the University of Georgia campus after going for a run, according to police.
Jose Antonio Ibarra was arrested on Friday for allegedly kidnapping and killing the 22-year-old Augusta University junior, UGA Police Chief Jeffrey Clark told reporters at a press conference Friday night.
Ibarra was not a UGA student and is not a US Citizen, Clark said.
He and Riley had no prior relationship.
“He did not know her at all. I think this is a crime of opportunity where he saw an individual and bad things happened,” Clark said.
Ibarra is a Venezuelan national who illegally crossed the southern border into El Paso, Texas in September 2022, News Nation reported, citing multiple DHS sources. He was released from DHS custody over a lack of detention space, according to the outlet.
Riley, a dean’s list student and sorority member, was found dead with “visible injuries” in a wooded area near Lake Herrick around 12:38 p.m. Thursday.
Clark confirmed Friday that she died of “blunt force trauma.”
Her alleged killer, Jose Antonio Ibarra, was arrested and charged in the killing on Friday.Ibarra’s apartment in Athens was being searched by authorities while Clark spoke, but he said police had enough evidence to charge him before the search warrant was executed.
“The evidence is robust. It is supported by key input by the community, physical evidence and expert police work. Importantly, we were assisted by video footage from our campus security cameras network,” Clark said.
Three or four persons of interest had been questioned but only Ibaira was charged.

George Floyd is just like all the others that die, white, black, green, orange, Jewish, American……….it’s all the same. Another attempt to try to make the blacks look and be more important than any other race! No one needs a month to let people know what their race has done. Her whole life before her! I remember how it was to be in Nursing School-we were all looking forward to easing human suffering, couldn’t wait to get our caps and diplomas-
Now her heartbroken family is forever ruined. They will go on but with always the gaping hole left by this horrifically murdered young lady!

Second, that horrendous murder leads to the subject of Capital Punishment and those who go outside a protest against the state government using of the death penalty and holding up signs show the words printed on them “Thou shall not kill”, those four words which are the sixth commandment , Exodus 20:13. are taken form the AUTHORIZED KING JAMES VERSION translation of the Bible of the Ten Commandments . By and large the A.K.J.V.is a good translation yet not a perfect one. For Jewish and Christian scholars who understand the original Hebrew which the Old Testament , some call it the “Older Testament “, of the Bible which was first written in Hebrew, the point the those scholars will inform all who are willing to listen that the word was “Murder”” and not “Kill” in the original Hebrew of which the First Old Testament was written.
There is a vast different between those two words “Killing “and “murder “, for example a dictionary definition of the word “Murder” is “the unlawful and malicious act of killing another person.” In contrast “Killing is defined as “To put to death or to slay”
So the anti-capital punishment people who quote Exodus 20:13 in the A.K.J. V. might also look up that same specific verse in the NEW KING JAMES VERSION and see how it’s put right by reading “ You shall not murder” For in the very next chapter in Exodus 21:12 it reads “He who strikes man so that he dies shall surely be put to death.”
Further, in the New Testament the Bible reader in Roman 13:1-4 that not only are governmental law enforcement forces are ordained by God to hold back and stop the criminal and wicked activities by evil and dangerous men. This also this may extent to the criminal courts which h included punishment for the evil doer. If the Bible student examines more closely the specific verse number four he or she will discover that the scripture even refers to the government executor as type of minister of God to punish such men.
Therefore that that wicked and murderous man, Jose Antonio , in the light of the Bible, should be put to death.
In conclusion the people who use their constitutional right to speak out against capital punishment do and should have the right of freedom of speech and expression to let other know how they feel on the subject of capital punishment. Nevertheless they either don’t know or do know but couldn’t care less that they are misusing the Bible in quoting Exodus 20:13 out of context.
Some of the anti –capital punishment feel might feel real righteous and pious by quoting that single verse out of the whole Bible , still in spite of the “pious emotions” some of them might have ,they are still misusing the Bible.
In addition to all this, the Bible in is written “Whoever kills any man shall surely be put to death.” Leviticus 24:17 [N.K.J.V.]

That illegal migrant who murder that college student when she was out for a run is both a murderer and a coward. For going after a young female to commit his evil action and not going after a man with murderous intent.
