The Supreme Court agreed to hear former President Donald Trump’s appeal to the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision to kick him off the state’s ballot.

The Colorado Supreme Court ruled Dec. 19 that Trump is ineligible to be on the state’s primary ballot under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. The Supreme Court set oral arguments to consider Trump’s appeal for Feb. 8, 2024.

Trump appealed the ruling to the Supreme Court on Wednesday. The Colorado Republican Party previously filed a separate appeal Dec. 27.

“The question of eligibility to serve as President of the United States is properly reserved for Congress, not the state courts, to consider and decide,” Trump’s petition stated. “By considering the question of President Trump’s eligibility and barring him from the ballot, the Colorado Supreme Court arrogated Congress’ authority.”

Section 3 of the 14th Amendment prevents individuals who took an oath to the Constitution and then engaged in insurrection from holding office.

Trump’s brief, along with any other friend-of-the-court briefs, must be filed by Jan. 18. The respondent’s brief is due by Jan. 31, and Trump’s reply brief is due by Feb. 5, according to the Court’s order.

Twenty-seven states filed an amicus brief Friday urging the Supreme Court to reverse the Colorado ruling.

The Colorado Supreme Court acknowledged that they traveled in “uncharted territory” when it issued the decision in December.

This blatant unconstitutional move by the various secretaries of state will get reversed by SCOTUS. These democrats know that, but their actions give Trump one more thing that he must do, detracting from campaigning and concentrating on his candidacy. Latatia James is now attempting to pile on monetary penalties against Trump to bring the total NYS asks for to $375 million.
These election interference tactics are treasonous, as were the election theft by Bid n’s supporters. When Trump wins in 2024, his first order if business should be to round up the traitors, try them, and give them a choice of a public hanging or to spend the rest of their miserable lives in solitary at Florence Colorado Supermax where their meals arrive automatically without human intervention, and the cell door opens for about an hour a day, so they can go to the exercise yard and return to their cell afterwards.

Once Trump is back… he might come up with an even greater idea – outdoing his 4 year greatness when once President: throw some States out of the USA. As they tried in Portland, and Seattle, with absolutely disasterous results… our the prototype ISIS Sharia in Minnesota.

Just so we understand what is going on THE SUPREME COURT of the (Bulshevic, Nazi) state of Colorado admited “it sailed in un chartered water” when it made its decision to take a Presidential candidate of the people of the USA out of the ballot. The addmited they did it without any precedent, and even worse, they admitted the did it intentionally.
Well, America, 3 years after the (lifelong criminal, druggy, black slave, wasted life) George Floyed riots, which killed innocent people mamed, destroyed multiple buildings, including a direct assult on the Presidential White House, with burning torches and circular saw, to cut the metal fences, we are witnessing the takeover of the biggest Republic in the world, by Bulshevic, Nazional Socialist, Nazi, college & university indoctrinated Hitler Youth, Shtorm Abtalion (Revelationary Gurad Nazi Storm Troopers) thugs. The Supreme Court of the United States of America is also compromised by the leftists..!! So, this outcome will definitely be interesting…!! If they do not decide in President Trump’s favor, that will be the last straw…!!! Wonder how many of the “justices” are on the “Epstein List”..?
