Maine’s top election official has removed former President Donald Trump from the state’s 2024 primary ballot based on an interpretation of the 14th Amendment.

Just to be clear, Democratic Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows, the woman responsible for kicking former President Trump off the state’s 2024 election ballot, is a longtime left-wing activist and Democratic politician.
Bellows unilaterally removed Trump from the ballot Thursday night under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, barring individuals from running for office if they engaged in an insurrection. The former president has not been charged with, or convicted of, engaging in an insurrection.
Bellows became Maine’s Secretary of State in January of 2021 after she was elected by the legislature following two terms in the Maine senate from 2016-20, her official bio states. Her second term began in January of 2023 and goes for two years.
In a 34-page written decision, Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows, a Democrat, said Trump isn’t qualified to hold office because of his actions surrounding the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol. “The events of January 6, 2021 were unprecedented and tragic,” Bellows wrote in the decision. “The evidence here demonstrates that they occurred at the behest of, and with the knowledge and support of, the outgoing President. The U.S. Constitution does not tolerate an assault on the foundations of our government” (WSJ). Colorado is already backing off on their effort, from a Thursday press release from Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold: Griswold confirmed that following the appeal, Trump would be included in the 2024 ballot unless the Supreme Court rules otherwise or declines to take up the case. Griswold maintained that she believed the state court was right in disqualifying Trump and urged the Supreme Court “to act quickly given the upcoming presidential primary” (Forbes).

The democrats’ MO seems to be to give Trump another thing to do until he is overwhelmed either financially or timewise to put out each fire the democrats have started.
The Colorado judges and this Maine official know full well what they did is illegal, yet they usurped the law to block the peoples’ choice for our next president. These are seditious acts, and they should be charged, convicted and sent away to federal prison for the next 25 years. Surprisingly Michigan did not follow suit and Trump remains on the ballot there.

Then Bellow, as with the Noble Prize winner Saul Bellow. No, there is an ‘s’ .. Or an angraphic clerk error .. Billow (no ‘s’) … A ‘billow’ .. a sail full of hot air.. Yes, name are telling ..
