JUST IN: The U.S. government is dropping six charges against crypto scammer Sam Bankman-Fried including campaign finance violations and conspiracy to commit bribery charges.
Making bribes with stolen money is fine as long as that money is going to U.S. politicians.

The DOJ is dropping their campaign finance prosecution of SBF b/c it would implicate too many powerful politicians in DC

SBF case generated too much publicity to be ignored.
DOJ severed the campaign finance violations, which implicated Democrats, from the first trial.
They declined to move forward with the second trial.
No bribes will be made public.

So we won’t know which politicians he bribed or who’s campaigns he influenced? That collective sigh of relief you are hearing is from the DEEP STATE. https://t.co/8eEkYI869b

Sam Bankman-Fried Won’t Face a Second Criminal Trial
Prosecutors say they won’t seek to try additional charges against FTX founder after winning fraud conviction

Federal prosecutors said Friday that they wouldn’t try Sam Bankman-Fried on additional criminal charges that weren’t part of the fall trial that resulted in the FTX founder’s conviction for fraud related to the collapse of his crypto exchange.
The move, announced in a letter to the presiding judge, clears the way for the FTX founder to be sentenced on March 28. A second trial would have delayed that sentencing, and Bankman-Fried already faces the possibility of decades in prison.

13 Comments3 months agoThe next case will expose the corruption and complicity of the DemoNazi Party. It has to be killed.
3 months agoThey imprisoned Dinesh D’Souza for nothing compared to what fried did. There is only a 2 justice system, and for the Conservatives, there is only one charge and it is guilty. Even when no crime was committed. For the progressive, commie, demoncraps, there is only one verdict which is innocent whether a crime has or has not been committed.

3 months agoHighly likely Biden will pardon SBF after the November election. I wouldn’t be surprised if at some point he is released on bail pending any appeal. The $100 million will neither go unrewarded nor return to the bankruptcy estate. Its’ s needed to “defend democracy.”
3 months agoI said this will happen and I said it on this site. He gave too much money to the Big Guy and DemoRats party party. He’s the Teflon Bankman!.
3 months agoThis is infuriating…!! The Treasonous Demoncraps have placed themselves above the Rule of Law and ALL that implies…!! They can and will lie…cheat…steal…..whenever….wherever….however…..they choose because they can..!! They will do anything….everything in order to gain and hold power..!! They must be stopped..!! Period..!! I don’t know how we stop them, but they must be stopped…!! Period…!!

3 months agoOf course they would drop charges…. as soon as the story broke, I KNEW they would simply make it into a superficial show of “justice” like the Demonrats always do. After all, he laundered over $150 BILLION for Obama, Biden, Billary Clinton’s through crypto and Ukraine… They’re not going to jail their golden boy. That’s how his business grew so rapidly. Every single time a Facebook, Google, Microsoft grows exponentially from day one unlike a normal business, it always involves the government.
3 months agoIt tells the world EVERYTHING about this AG… I have said it for a long long time… he should have been impeached a long time ago…weak spineless GOP.
3 months agoThey are not even trying to hide it anymore. Yet they still chase their petty charges against Trump.
3 months agoI think that any money that came from the coffers of the company this man managed, that went to the Democrat party or to any independent candidate as a donation, should also be looked at carefully. Could it be considered a bribe?
