Daughter of critically ill freed hostage rips Red Cross: ‘Medically neglected’

The daughter of an elderly hostage left in critical condition after being freed by Hamas terrorists Sunday is blasting the Red Cross for allegedly failing to take care of her “medically neglected” mother.Alma Avraham, an 84-year-old mom of five released as part of the ongoing hostage deal between Israel and Hamas, was flown by helicopter directly from Gaza to Beersheba’s Soroka Medical Center in Israel, where she remains in critical condition, her daughter Tali Amano told reporters.
“My mother didn’t deserve to return like this,” Amano said, before placing blame on humanitarian relief organizations including the Red Cross and the United Nations for allegedly not doing more to try to get access to the hostages while they were being held, according to The Times of Israel.
“My mother was medically neglected,” the devastated daughter added, detailing how her mom went without her daily medications for more than 50 days, only adding to the elderly woman’s physical distress.

By the time her mother finally got to the hospital in Israel on Sunday night, she barely had a pulse and her body temperature was frighteningly low, Amano said.
“She arrived with a heart rate of 40 bpm and a body temperature of 28 degrees Celsius, on the verge of losing consciousness and injured all over,” Amano said.
Her mother has been hospitalized in the intensive care unit where she remains in critical condition.
“She was abandoned twice — once on Oct. 7 and a second time by all of the organizations that should have saved her,” Amano chargedAlma Avraham, 84, is in critical condition after her release by Hamas terrorists.
“I hope they haven’t managed to defeat her,” she added, signaling she hopes her mother will soon recover.
Humanitarian organizations such as the Red Cross have claimed they have been stymied by the terrorists when trying to get to the hostages. Israeil Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu recently indicated that at least the Red Cross might be allowed to reach those in captivity as part of a temporary truce deal.
Avraham was released by Hamas on Sunday as well as 16 other hostages, including nine children, bringing the total number freed since the four-day cease-fire to 58.
Also released over the weekend was the first American citizen to be freed during the cease-fire: a girl who turned 4 years old in captivity and whose parents were murdered by Hamas during its Oct. 7 attack on Israel.

The Red Cross is certainly not involved in Gaza, but rather the Red Crescent.
I don’t know how the Red Crescent handles things with non-Muslim patients …
I can’t understand how the American President didn’t lose his sh!t and declare war immediately after finding out there were Americans taken hostage. Oh wait a minute, America doesn’t have a real President any more.
In the US, Congress has the Constitution power to declare war, not the president.

There is no more abhorrent, self-righteous or corrupt woke organisation than the Red Cross whose criminal negligence, re the Israeli hostages, Covid vaccines and tainted blood transfusions, shows them as the pathetic, hypocritical irresponsible mongrels they are.
The Red Cross, Doctors Without Borders, WHO, UN, UNRWA,
Amnesty and HRW were well aware that Hamas operated out of UN funded hospitals and schools.
They helped cover it up.

I remember the Red cross during WW11 when they were charging our men on the battlefield for coffee and doughnuts.
My grandfather was in Europe during WWII. He hated the Red Cross. I don’t know why or what he saw them do over there. But he would never donate anything to them after that.

I keep telling everyone that evil eugenicists/psychopaths still run the world! Lunatic oligarchs along with sell-out politicians, apostate churches, populace that lives in denial are part of the problem in regard to willful denial when it comes to genocide or democide.
People want to believe if they submit that all will be well; you cannot make deals with evil. If they do it to one group, they will do it to another. Stop being willfully ignorant thinking that your comfortable life and acquiescence is going to save you.

People forget they visited the concentration camps and found nothing wrong. The Red Cross is a rotten organization just like the UN.
In fact the Red Cross allowed Islam to join under the Red Crescent symbol. A parallel Jewish organization was barred from being called the red star. So Jews came up with own organization.

The Red Cross has always been liberal. Twenty-five years ago they led the charge in terms of flooding our public schools were highly biased, obscene and unhealthy propaganda about homosexuality which resulted in many kids getting AIDS. Then for much of the AIDs epidemic, they refused to block AIDS patients from donating blood. This alone led to the infection of tens of thousands more people but since Congress granted them immunity from prosecution, no one was held accountable. They have also used their power and influence to force out competing blood banks. Do not give blood to them. There are alternatives.
