How about enforcing the damn law? Arrest criminals and jail them. This is not rocket science.
Instead, these evil clowns unleash this terror on the civilian population and then impose a quasi martial law.
Fox News: The nation’s capital began enforcing its juvenile curfew pilot program Friday, the same day a judge denied bond for a 16-year-old girl accused of fatally stabbing another teen in Washington, D.C., during what authorities deemed a dispute over a McDonald’s Sweet ‘N Sour sauce packet. The deadly attack occurred on August 27 at approximately 2:10 a.m. The D.C. Juvenile Curfew Enforcement Pilot, which encompasses both the timeframe and location of the incident, was already in the works at the time of fatal stabbing (Fox News).
