A far-left judge handed down one of the longest sentences yet for someone charged in the Jan. 6 protest.
U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly sentenced Joseph Biggs to 15 years in prison.

In handing down his sentence, Judge Kelly accepted the regime’s recommendation to apply an enhancement that effectively labeled Biggs’ crimes as acts of terrorism in seeking to influence the actions of government through threats and use of force.

I was in DC in 2017 for Trump’s inauguration, and the Democrats burned the city. The streets were a war zone. Innocents were randomly attacked in the street. No one was arrested. The enemedia didn’t even report on it. Fast forward to the summer of ’20, mass Democrat riots, looting, city burnings – no prosecutions. But speak against a stolen election and you are imprisoned, your life destroyed.

I assume that all these defendants were told that if they didn’t accept their sentences what would happen to their families would be 100 times worse.
Pretty much how Stalin controlled his opponents and had them admit to everything during the show trials that he conducted.

Many signed plea agreemnts that prevent appeals of the senences. We are living in a time of terrible injustice in the United States Judicial System. One of the biggest problems is the incredible hypocrisy in the judicial system as shown by the double standard that is being used in our judicial system. If a person is part of the favored Democrat-Socialist party they can get away with terrible crimes. Examples of this include Hunter Biden, Joe Biden and Hilary Clinton. If a person is disliked by members of the Democrat-Socialist party they will receive multiple indictments of multiple crimes by multiple courts. The primary example of this is former president Donald Trump. Also around 19 people associated with Donald Trump were indicted by Fani Willis the district attorney of Fulton County Georgia. This is blatantly evil and wicked of our judicial system. Actions like these are typical of a communist country or totalitarian rule country. These miscarriages of justice will destroy the United States.
