“Taxpayer Funded Publicity Stunt”: Radical Judge Rules with Montana Far-Left Youth in First Youth Climate Change Lawsuit

The first youth climate change lawsuit in the U.S. to reach trial reached its delusional end with an even more delusional ruling.Judge Kathy Seeley ruled wholly in favor of the 16 youth plaintiffs in Held v. State of Montana, declaring that the state of Montana violated the youth’s constitutional climate rights. This exploitation of the ignorance of children is criminal.

The Judge actually ruled that Montana is was significantly contributing to “climate change” hoax.

Americans could once rely on a blind system of justice according to rule of law. Now our ‘justice system’ is ruled by partisan judges and left wing hacks.

National Review: A district judge in Montana sided with a group of youth plaintiffs who filed a lawsuit against the state alleging that local energy policies violated their rights to a “clean and healthful environment which includes climate as part of the environmental life-support system.” The case hinged on language in the state constitution, which enshrined residents’ “right to a clean and healthful environment” for “present and future generations.” However, Montana laws, some passed as recently as May, constrained local officials from incorporating “greenhouse gas emissions and corresponding impacts to the climate” in energy-project approvals. Moving forward, the state — which derives a third of its energy from coal — will have to adopt a more holistic, environmentally-conscious, approach to energy policies, according to the ruling (National Review).

Washington Post: The sweeping win, one of the strongest decisions on climate change ever issued by a court, could energize the environmental movement and usher in a wave of cases aimed at advancing action on climate change, experts say. The ruling — which invalidates the provision blocking climate considerations — also represents a rare victory for climate activists who have tried to use the courts to push back against government policies and industrial activities they say are harming the planet (Washington Post).

Youth should NEVER have gotten the right to vote. That they are that brainwashed, indoctrinated, radicalized and, frankly, gone, shows the pernicious effects of our “educational” system and why the voting age should have been raised a long, long time ago.

It figures they would support sissy, pansy, effeminate, limp, weak, anemic, puny, impotent, pale pastel “green” energy, just as they hate anything or anybody that’s openly and unapologetically masculine – figures so many of these “climate activists” are soy boys.
