Mind you the Democrats whine, stomp, impede, impeach, harass, grand-mal seize any time a Republican wins the White House and refuses to accept the results but that’s how they roll.
Judge Rules That Donald Trump Has ‘Presidential Immunity’ on False Election Claims

Story continues below advertisementA judge in Pennsylvania determined that former President Trump cannot be sued by an election official over statements he made casting suspicion on the 2020 election results during his presidency, due to the protection provided by presidential immunity.
Judge Michael Erdos of Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas ruled that Trump’s immunity extends to a tweet he posted and statements he made during a Pennsylvania state Senate committee hearing in November 2020, which alleged fraudulent activity in the state’s election counting process, even though these claims were not backed by evidence.
The lawsuit was brought by James Savage, a supervisor of Pennsylvania’s voting machines during the 2020 election. Savage combined two lawsuits claiming that Trump, Rudy Giuliani, a pair of poll observers, and others had conspired to slander him. Savage alleges that their remarks resulted in him receiving death threats and suffering two heart attacks.
“Other legal proceedings may examine the propriety of his statements and actions while he was the President and whether, as the plaintiffs in this and other cases contend, it was this conduct which served as the actual threat to our democracy,” Erdos ruled. “But this case is not the proper place to do so. Here, Trump is entitled to Presidential immunity.”
Erdos ruled that Trump’s initial statements fell within his official duties as he was communicating to the public on matters of public interest.
“Here, then-President Trump’s Gettysburg remarks and his tweet were public,” Erdos wrote. “Moreover, the topic of these statements—claims from third parties and the President himself about irregularities in the Presidential election which on their face called into question the integrity of the election and whether now-President Joseph Biden had been duly elected—was undoubtedly a matter of great public concern.”
Trump legal spokeswoman Alina Habba reacted to the court victory in a statement.
“We are pleased with the Court’s decision to honor the long-standing principle of Presidential Immunity,” Habba said.
“Today, the Court made it clear that it is well within the President’s discretion to address the integrity of our election without fear of liability,” Habba continued. “We expect that the rest of Mr. Savage’s claims will similarly be disposed of as they are without merit.”
However, Special Counsel Jack Smith has indicted former President Donald Trump for his constitutionally protected speech and election challenges ahead of the events leading to the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021.
Constitutional attorney Jonathan Turley shredded the indictment in a reaction to the announcement.
“The hatred for Trump is so all-encompassing that legal experts on the political left have ignored the chilling implications of this indictment,” Turley wrote. “This complaint is based largely on statements that are protected under the First Amendment. It would eviscerate free speech and could allow the government to arrest those who are accused of spreading disinformation in elections.”

“Are the Democrats going throw us all in jail” I like to see them try and of course not without bloodshed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The election was rigged and there is more than enough proof to know it was. Any who disagree are either stupid naive or part of it!!!!

And the First Amendment protects Democrats’ right to claim that 2016 was stolen from them or Al Gore claiming that that the 2000 was stolen. And Republicans can also claim that 2020 was stolen.
Maxine Waters and Adam Schiff would have to be jailed for “Conspiracy to overturn an election” if they we’ren’t protected by the the First Amendment. Al Gore would have to serve time.
Such disputes are handled in civil trials like Bush versus Gore at the Supreme Court. Civil trials, not criminal trials. Weaponization is one of the major problems in the US today.

I am naïve on this question, but I think this should be taken to the Supreme Court, the Conservatives should be given the right to prove with hard facts that the election was rigged or stolen. If it can be proven, then Trump should be reinstated as the proper president.
Also if Obama/Biden can get immunity for giving billions to terrorists groups/regimes like Iran’s and for creating ISIS, why can’t Trump get immunity for making this claim (stolen election)?

John, several repub groups, including a group of 19 or 20 state AGs, petitioned the SC, in regards to getting a hearing about election fraud. The SC, without offering any reason(s), refused to hear any of these pleadings. Though, I`d welcome the SC to finally accept at least 1 of the pleadings, why would you expect the SC to do so now?

It was NOT an Election! It was a complete, by the Bulshevic Book, 1 to 1 a Bolshevic Revolutionary Subversion.
College trained young Bolshevic Students were sent under cover as “Election pole workers” and “USPS drivers”. Under cover of night, they broke the voting machins, destroying republican votes and switching them with demon-craps votes.
All while B.L.M black and white college age students and their white “hipster” operators “Revolutionary Guard” thugs were hitting pole workers and guards, intimidating them & preventing them from counteracting their actions.
On the other front, as a diversionary method, across the nation, a thuggish forces of revolutionary B.L.M thugs were sent to place stones, rocks and buildings material in street corners of city blocks across the nation to be used agains Police forces who tried to keep the peace. At the same time, College age Revolutionary trained students were instructed by B.LM bukshevic local group leaders to riot in tge streets and burn and loot costal big cities, in order to create a sense of fear and confusion.
Mind you, all this Military style, large scale operation was communicated by What’s App messages from their phones.
Finally, at the dead of night, USPS “””drivers”” “””pole workers”” drove hundreds of thousand of Republican votes ballads inside their truck into ravins and dumpsters to get rid of republican votes.

It’s amazing yokels like Jack Smith went to law school at all. It must be remembered these are the outer layer rung of of protection for President Biden and the Democrat Party. The same Party that would have quashed the Civil Rights Act had it not been for the GOP because they had 7 Racist Southern Democrats.
