I asked her why Islam still has followers, her reply was because of fear, fear of being killed by even close relatives and loss of family. Muslims are their own jailers and prisoners trapped in a false religion that really offers them no hope.

In western countries they can leave but you can’t explain away the number of honor killings. In this case, she had to leave Paris, change her identity and lose contact with friends and family. The same happens throughout the West and no, once they leave, they leave and do not believe Muhammad to be better than God. Look at Sweden where recently two exMuslims burned the Koran and the level of death threats levied against them. Same happens in the US and UK.
