Court Document Reveals Jack Smith Obtained A Search Warrant For Donald Trump’s Twitter Account

Newly released court documents reveal Special Counsel Jack Smith obtained a search warrant for former president Donald Trump’s Twitter account in January.
Twitter delayed compliance and did not fully produce the information requested on the “@realDonaldTrump” account until three days after the court’s deadline, leading a federal judge to hold Twitter in contempt and issue a $350,000 sanction, according to a document revealed Wednesday. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia upheld the lower court’s decision in July.
The district court initially issued a nondisclosure order barring Twitter from notifying anyone about the warrant, which Twitter contested as a violation of the First Amendment and the Stored Communications Act.
Judge Florence Pan, a Biden appointee, wrote that the district court acted “within the bounds of its discretion” when it declined to hold enforcement of the warrant until after the First Amendment claim was litigated and “followed the appropriate procedures” before finding Twitter in contempt of court. Pan also rejected Twitter’s First Amendment claims.
“Importantly, Twitter remained free to raise general concerns about warrants or nondisclosure orders, and to speak publicly about the January 6 investigation,” Pan wrote, later noting that “the whole point of the nondisclosure order was to avoid tipping off the former President about the warrant’s existence.”

Issues with Twitter’s website presented the government with “difficulties when it first attempted to serve Twitter with the warrant and nondisclosure order,” according to the document.
“On January 17, 2023, the government tried to submit the papers through Twitter’s website for legal requests, only to find out that the website was inoperative,” the document states. “Two days later, on January 19, 2023, the government successfully served Twitter through that website. On January 25, 2023, however, when the government contacted Twitter’ s counsel to check on the status of Twitter’ s compliance, Twitter’ s counsel stated that she “had not heard anything about [the] [w]arrant.”
Smith secured an indictment against Trump on four charges related to his alleged attempt to interfere in the 2020 election, which the former president pleaded not guilty to last week in Washington, D.C. He previously brought 37 charges against Trump for his alleged mishandling of classified documents.

The rulers are afraid of The People. That’s why they want to disarm us. Their worst nightmare is looking up at us as we look down on them. It’s the view from a lion’s eyes when the herd of buffalo turn to offense as their only defense, and are stomping and goring them to death. The rulers have a lot of money and power, but The People have the numbers. We forgot how to use our numbers. We’ve been methodically set against each other so we fight each other instead of uniting against the matchmakers. We can stop what is happening at any time.
They took off their red coats and invited every other enemy to help them murder us. That’s why Islam is on our soul and even n our government. That’s why communist China is on our soil. That’s why millions of military age invaders from around the world are on our soil. This nightmare has been unfolding for over a century, but we didn’t really notice because they have us chasing a shrinking dollar to pay a growing bill, and they have us fighting every other enemy they can set us up to fight.

Democrats have a right to say that the 2001 and 2016 elections were stolen. But the same right applies to the opposition party.
Adam Schiff (2016) and Al Gore (2001) would have to be in jail for “conspiracy to overturn, prevent, or alter an election”, even though they used legal means to try and achieve that.
Disputes such as Bush vs. Gore in 2001 are usually settled in Civil Trials or proceedings, such as the Congress, civil courts, or the Supreme Court. Civil Trials, NOT criminal trials.
Weaponization is the criminalization of politcal differences.

When all of us DO NOT COMPLY we’ll get out of this mess. We’re in a place where the strong who do not comply are attacked by packs of predators to intimidate us all. They keep us running around like a flock (herd) of sheep. We need to change our attitude and become a herd of buffalo, so when the predators attack we become the predators and we attack in numbers. Corruption at its finest. Next, Christians will be arrested for sharing the simple belief of the Gospel. Holy Scripture preached in churches, home gatherings, public arenas and passing out bible tracks will be subject to prosecution . If Elon does not fight this, who will? We will not bow!

Already has. Two instances in June were street preachers outside of the bounds of the event on public sidewalks were arrested, handcuffed and marched away. Charged with disorderly conduct or some made up “decibel charge” (to loud and the never ending charge of “resisting arrest”. AND the rainbow mafia was offended.
