FBI Censored American Citizens at the Direction of Ukraine

17

The FBI censored American citizens at the direction of Ukrainian intelligence by banning social media accounts that Ukraine determined to be a threat to their agenda.

The FBI continues to be the greatest threat to democracy in America.

According to a new report by the House Judiciary Committee, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube censored accounts that Ukraine determined to be ‘spreading Russian disinformation.’

Ukraine would send accounts to the FBI that they wanted banned and the FBI would then communicate with social media giants to take action.

“In light of well-documented instances of the FBI’s civil liberties abuses, this new information raises grave concerns about the FBI’s credibility as the nation’s premier law enforcement organization,” said the report.

“FBI violated the First Amendment rights of Americans and potentially undermined our national security.”

Dismantle the FBI.

The FBI pressured social media companies to crack down on the spread of so-called “Russian disinformation” on behalf of the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU), according to a report from the House weaponization panel, but evidence suggests that the Russians had infiltrated the group and used the censorship pipeline to suppress anti-Putin and pro-Ukrainian materials (Just the News).

House Judiciary Committee: Based on a subset of subpoenaed documents, the report details how the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) colluded with the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU)—an agency widely known to be infiltrated by Russian-aligned forces—by routinely sending social media platforms spreadsheets and other documents containing thousands of accounts to take down. In so doing, the FBI and SBU flagged authentic American accounts for removal, including a verified U.S. State Department account and those belonging to American journalists. The report also exposes how the FBI offered Facebook and Instagram legal cover to remove the SBU’s flagged accounts. The new information highlights the FBI’s unconstitutional role in enabling the SBU’s censorship regime and raises grave concerns about the FBI’s credibility, reliability, and competence as the nation’s premier law enforcement organization (House Judiciary Committee).

The FBI has been censoring citizens even before the Ukraine became an issue

I agree, Snowedin.

It could just as easily been Taiwan asking for censorship if they had been invaded by China, pressuring the international community and the Olympics to censor. have to pick our battles on this.

The year 2000:
Vladmir Vladimirovich Putin brought back the Soviet National Anthem.
10 years after the cold war, the KGB is once again in charge. Putin, former head of the KGB (FSB), is the president.

If you listened to anti-NATO cold war experts and dissolved NATO, you would have made the biggest tactical mistake in post-cold war history.

Geller Report focusing on Ukraine’s problems don’t mean anything compared to the bigger picture.

“Where do the borders of Russia End?”
“(Our president) Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin cleary said: nowhere.”

Populists and libertarians will going into the 2024 elections looking out-of-touch with the rest of the country and the world. It might work in some primaries, but not the general elections.

And TRUMP saw right through them.

“They (RUSSIA) wanted to rebuild the SOVIET UNION, probably with a different name…., ”
“That’s what this (invasion of Ukraine) is all about to a large extent.”

“They had a country (The SOVIET UNION)…and he (Putin) wants to put it back the way it was when actually it didn’t work very well.”
-Donald Trump

Trump’s current rhetoric says different. He wants to negotiate with the un-negotiable.

I agree with you to some extent, because no one has been able to truly make peace with Russia long term in 100 years.

The longest period might be 10 years of Yeltsin, but during all that time, the KGB was just waiting in the wings for the right moment to take back control and they did. NATO expansion was an insurance policy, and it turned out to be right.

at this point, no one really knows what he’s going do.

He said China was doing a good job on COVID, but then he issues a travel ban on them.

He invites the president of China to his home, then declares a trade war on him.

Speaks fondly of Putin, then sends weapons to Ukraine. and expands NATO in 2019 by adding Macedonia.

Is he a neo-con in disguise?
No, because he withdrew from Syria and set the stage for the Afghan withdrawal which was poorly executed by his successor.

Unpredictability seems to define his foreign policy.

The headline is pure BS by lying by omission. Yes it was done but in the early days of the war and done by Russian spies and sympathizers within the SBU (like the U.S. Secret Service) to screw with the FBI and use disinformation to remove pro Ukrainian news and/or propagate Russian falsehoods. The SBU has pretty much be cleared of Russians over the past years. Did they get everyone I doubt it but hey does the U.S. Gov’t get everyone also?

The President of Ukraine, is a snake in the grass. The reason we are sending them money is to keep their mouths shut about sending some money back to the Crime Family.

The President of Russia killed his own people to win his first election.

Russianists are known for killing they’re own kind.
They kill other Russians, Ukrainians (who they refer to as little Russians), Chechnyans, and Belarusans (referred to as White Russians).

*BIDEN was going to abandon Ukraine to Russia. Similar to leaving Afghanistan to the Taliban.*

It was Zelensky that made him change his mind.

“The Biden administration was poised to do another Afghanistan moment…in Ukraine. The Biden administraion offered him (Zelensky) that ride out of there; and fortunately he refused….”

“…so the Biden admin…and european leaders latched on (to Zelensky) and FLIPPED and decided to support Ukraine’s resistance.”
– Historian Stephen Kotkin (at 1:12:20 of the video)

Lot of Russian–much of it paid–propaganda out there. Darjkly amusing how quickly so many of you became supporters of the commie creep’s war against evil ‘fascist’ Ukraine. Very reminiscent of how so many Americans applauded Hitler’s sudden attack against the Russian ‘communists’ in, I think, early 1941, Pam will see the irony.
