Biden Regime Files Suit To Crush Free Speech, Shred the 1st Amendment, Censor Americans Who Disagree with Their Totalitarian Policies

The Biden Administration has officially filed a notice of appeal in the Missouri v. Biden Censorship case after a federal judge issued a preliminary injunction order barring government officials from contacting social media companies to suppress lawful speech.

This is tyranny. This is treason. The Presidential oath sworn on the day of inauguration very specifically states;

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.“

The First Amendment prohibits the federal government from passing laws restricting freedom of speech and abridging freedom of the press. Of all the clauses in the Bill of Rights, this is the one is the basic foundation of our Constitutional Republic.

This would mark the end of our Constitution. It is illegal on every level. Make no mistake, these are the actions of totalitarian destroyers. History is riddled with the human toll of these villains. It’s why I fought so vigorously all the years to ensure our freedom of speech.

Freedom of speech is the foundation of a free society. Without it, a tyrant can wreak havoc unopposed, while his opponents are silenced. Putting up with being offended is essential in a pluralistic society in which people differ on basic truths. If a group will not bear being offended without resorting to violence, that group will rule unopposed while everyone else lives in fear, while other groups curtail their activities to appease the violent group. This results in the violent group being able to tyrannize the others.
