Of course he’s not guilty. The only prosecutable crime in NYC now is self defense (and being Donald Trump, of course). The Democrat destroyers want a trial where he will be acquitted so that they can unleash their zombie armies to burn down the city.

Former Marine Daniel Penny pleaded not guilty Wednesday to manslaughter charges for the death of homeless man Jordan Neely on a New York City subway.
The arraignment only lasted a few minutes as Penny, 24, arrived in Manhattan Supreme Court and pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide, per the New York Post.
Penny is free on $100,000 bail, and he faces up to 19 years in prison if convicted on both charges.
Video shows Penny holding Neely, who had been threatening subway passengers, holding Neely down on May 1.
