HIJACKED REPUBLIC: President Trump Indicted (AGAIN) in Mar-a-Lago Classified Documents Hoax

The illegitimate regime colluded with the DOJ to politically prosecute the opposition, the one man who is not a part of their corruption and criminality. The Obama-weaponized law enforcement agencies have been going after Trump since 2016. Hounding him. They’ve indicted him for nothing. He broke no laws. Counter that with mass of classified documents found in Biden’s garage, among other places, and unlike Trump, he did not have Presidential privilege to declassify those documents. He took them when his was vice-president.

The inevitability has finally been realized: Donald Trump has been indicted by the Biden DOJ.

Just announced on Truth Social just minutes ago, Trump states he has been indicted concerning the handling of documents =- “the Boxes Hoax” and (perhaps) for Trump’s response to a grand jury subpoena requesting documents bearing classification markings.

While this was expected from Biden’s DOJ, who instigated this investigation and appointed Special Counsel Jack Smith, it’s no less shocking, only because this is new territory. Attorney General Garland has done what his predecessors – Comey, McCabe, Mueller – could not.

After years and years of prosecutorial and investigative abuses and crimes, the Department of Justice has finally indicted Trump. In doing so, the DOJ has inserted itself into the 2024 presidential election, again disenfranchising millions of voters. It’s a sad day for the country and a sobering day for those who wish for the equal administration of justice.

Trump says he’s indicted in Mar-a-Lago classified documents case

The 76-year-old ex-president announced the news in a Wednesday night Truth Social post shortly after prosecutors informed his lawyers about the indictment, a source familiar with the matter told the Associated Press.

“The corrupt Biden Administration has informed my attorneys that I have been Indicted, seemingly over the Boxes Hoax,” Trump wrote in the social media post that went on to criticize President Biden’s handling of classified material.

Trump was reportedly indicted on at least seven counts connected to his handling of classified material and obstruction of justice, including willful retention of national defense information and making false statements and representations, according to ABC News.

The Justice Department has yet to comment on the indictment.

It appears as though Trump’s arraignment may be as soon as next week.

“I have been summoned to appear at the Federal Courthouse in Miami on Tuesday, at 3 PM. I never thought it possible that such a thing could happen to a former President of the United States, who received far more votes than any sitting President in the History of our Country, and is currently leading, by far, all Candidates, both Democrat and Republican, in Polls of the 2024 Presidential Election. I AM AN INNOCENT MAN!” Trump wrote.

“This is indeed a DARK DAY for the United States of America. We are a Country in serious and rapid Decline, but together we will Make America Great Again!” he said in a third Truth Social post on the indictment.

The Trump campaign sent out a fundraising email minutes after the ex-commander in chief made the shocking announcement.

“We are watching our Republic DIE before our very eyes,” Trump writes in the email. “The Biden-appointed Special Counsel has INDICTED me in yet another witch hunt regarding documents that I had the RIGHT to declassify as President of the United States.”

“This is nothing but a disgusting act of Election Interference by the ruling party to ELIMINATE its opposition and amass total control over our country,” he adds.

The apparent indictment is Trump’s second since leaving office, and his first on federal charges. In April, the 76-year-old pleaded not guilty to 34 felony counts brought by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg related to hush money payments made to porn star Stormy Daniels prior to the 2016 election.

The former president has vehemently denied any wrongdoing in either case.

The Justice Department’s investigation into Trump over the official material was triggered in February of last year, after more than 100 classified documents were discovered in 15 boxes returned to the National Archives and Records Administration from the 45th president’s Palm Beach, Fla., residence and private club.
