Biden’s 1,500 Troops Sent to Southern Border Are a ‘Welcome Wagon,’ Retired Border Patrol Agent Says

“It’s a welcome wagon,” a retired Border Patrol agent says of the 1,500 active-duty troops the Biden administration is sending to the southern border ahead of the expiration of Title 42 on May 11.
The troops will be helping with “non-law enforcement duties,” according to the Homeland Security Department, but Frank Lopez says that likely means they will be assigned tasks like “feeding [illegal aliens], to providing water, [and] blankets for little kids.”
Lopez served in the Border Patrol for 30 years before retiring at the end of 2018. While the situation at the border changes to some degree with each administration, Lopez says “the change under Biden was so drastic, so detrimental, and so anti-enforcement.”
Border Patrol, Customs and Border Protection, and CBP’s Office of Field Operations are running drills and stockpiling goods like food and diapers at the ports of entry in preparation for the end of Title 42, said Lopez, who ran for U.S. Congress as a Texas independent in 2022.
In the Del Rio Sector of the southern border, where Lopez lives, Ali Bradley, News Nation’s border correspondent, reports pallets of thin foil blankets are sitting ready to be handed out to migrants at the processing facilities.

Title 42 is a public health measure set in place by the Trump administration during the COVID-19 pandemic and has allowed the Border Patrol to quickly expel some illegal aliens from the country. It’s been estimated Border Patrol will encounter about 13,000 illegal aliens at the border every day when Title 42 ends, according to Andrew R. Arthur, a resident fellow in law and policy at the Center for Immigration Studies. In March, Border Patrol apprehended about 5,200 illegal aliens a day, Arthur said.
Since President Joe Biden took office, there has been “nothing short of a stampede” at America’s southern border, former Vice President Mike Pence said during an interview with Fox News on Thursday.
“A storm is coming,” Pence said of the expiration of Title 42, “and 1,500 troops going to the southern border to do paperwork isn’t going to make a difference.”
DHS says the troops will be conducting and providing “ground-based detection and monitoring, data entry, and warehouse support.”
“This administration has got to stop, plant its feet, reverse course, and put back into place the policies that our administration used to reduce illegal immigration and asylum abuse by 90%,” Pence said.
In the final year of the Trump administration, CBP reports encountering fewer than 560,000 illegal aliens at the southern border. Under the Biden administration in fiscal year 2021, encounters rose to more than 1.7 million, and 2.3 million in fiscal 2022. Since the start of this fiscal year on Oct. 1, CBP reports encounters of more than 1.2 million illegal aliens.

11 months agoThe ancient Greek Philosopher, Plato, did have a good valid point when he had written “The measure of a man is what he does with power.”
When applying that wise statement to Joe Biden, his “measure” is more than lacking, it’s outright terrible.
Biden with his wrecking as in ruining the safety and security of the US citizens by his destroying the US/Mexican secure and safe borders.
Biden is an abomination and an affront to the Office of the Presidency of the United States and a disgrace to the US Constitution as well as a calamity for America and a disaster for the American people.
As for the specific subject of the US/Mexican borders, the “measure” of Biden is an outright catastrophe.

Furthermore, with more illegal come more environmental degradation and more urban sprawl. Therefore, there is a great need for a good for a good border control system with a strong tall wall that’s patrolled by armed American military soldiers who may be allowed to use their guns if they deem it necessary. Along with a good filtering system to let in to the United States only good decent hard working people with visas and not and not gangsters and jihadists.
In conclusion all the above may be summed up by the wisdom found in the words of Ronald Reagan when he as, so well, stated “A nation without borders is not a nation.”

Dope dealers, dope users, prostitutes, thieves, murderers, terrorists and perverts abound in the scum they are letting in. A sane government would station the military at the border and shoot anyone that dares to sneak in. The message would be clear enough to even those dimwitted freeloaders it isn’t worth the risk.

11 months agoThe God that few Americans still believe in, is alive and well and began his judgments upon the U.S. with the covid19 “pestilence.” This president is one of his judgments upon us. His wrath is for our crimes against God, against his unborn babies and children in schools, for casting Christ from our schools, acceptance of homosexuality and gay marriage, and the abundance of blasphemy, and false Christianity and false prophets that have spread like a cancer.
My pastor says that God’s will for America is to be a Christian Republic (as it began). If all the wicked and unrighteous must die to crush our idolatry, it will happen. He will move in a sovereign manner to do his will. Those who oppose him will perish in his judgments. Those who love him will be protected. If he needs to, the Lord will burn down our entire nation and start over. He has done this before in history. By the time it is over the proud American will either be humbled or dead.
The illegal aliens will not take over this nation as some suppose. They will also die by the millions, as there are none righteous among them. With the exception of the little children and babies, the millions who have come in the last 2+ years are wicked people. They are NOT innocent, good people. They are invaders coerced by wicked politicians and assisted by other elites to change the face of the country. They are not Christians, so most of them will perish. We can know this by their deed of violating good immigration laws and rules to come illegally. No good person or Christian would do this.
War is coming and most Americans are currently on the losing side as enemies of God. Where are you?
