‘State-sanctioned kidnapping’: California bill would give therapists power to take children over 12 from parents ‘without accusation, evidence, or trial’

A California Democrat has proposed a bill that would allow a mental health professional to place a child as young as 12 in a residential shelter facility without parental knowledge or consent and without there being any prior allegations of incest or child abuse.The stated purpose of AB 665, introduced by Assembly Member Wendy Carrillo, is to bring two existing laws into alignment. Currently children age 12 and over are able to consent to receiving mental health treatment or counseling services but cannot consent to being placed into a residential shelter facility unless deemed either a risk to themselves or others, or in cases where the minor is an alleged victim of incest or child abuse. AB 665 seeks to remove these caveats.
The bill is strongly opposed by Our Duty, an international group of parents of children who are, or were, gender-questioning, who believe the law would amount to “state-sanctioned kidnapping.”
According to Erin Friday, co-lead of Our Duty, the bill will give counselors unfettered control over children age 12 and above. In a letter to the state assembly, Friday gives the example of a hypothetical 6th grader who informs her school counselor that she is a “trans boy.” Friday argues that if AB 665 were to be enacted, that child may not come home from school that day but could instead be sent to an “LGBTQ housing facility.”
“The parents will have no idea what happened to their child,” writes Friday. “Imagine their fear and anxiety. These parents are criminalized without an accusation, evidence or trial.”
AB 665 states that a “shocking 78 percent of LGBTQ+ youth who were surveyed shared they had considered suicide,” and most had done so in the last year, and that nearly one-third had made an attempt in the past year.
The bill goes on to state that LGBTQ+ youth experience depression and anxiety, as well as other negative outcomes, due to rejection from parents, harassment in school, and the “overall LGBTQ negativity present in society.”
Many so-called gender-affirming therapists believe that non-affirming parents are a danger to their children, while at the same time holding the belief that experimental sex change interventions, such as puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones, are “life-saving” care.
Bill AB665 would give such therapists the power to send a gender-confused child to a residential shelter facility.
Dr. Riitta Kaltiala, chief psychiatrist at Finland’s Tampere U gender clinic, recently said the transition-or-suicide narrative is “purposeful disinformation, the dissemination of which is irresponsible.”

California is now totally controlled by LGBTQ supremacists, colonialists and imperialists, ruled entirely under radical fringe Greenwich Village/San Francisco/Fire Island/Key West “values” that, in every which way but the specifics of what is being pushed, are totally indistinguishable from Islamic Sharia law. This is a sick variation of the business of taking custody of a child away from a woman if she divorces her husband. But in addition, this also amounts to actively promoting, glorifying, condoning, encouraging, endorsing, incentivizing, sanctioning, fostering, fomenting, subsidizing, and accelerating the spread of these sick, depraved, deviant, dysphoric behaviors – something you do NOT do unless you want there to be more of it. It is ALL about jacking up the numbers of the “LGBTQ community” to attain critical mass and, more importantly, inflate their political representation while further diluting, eroding, usurping, nullifying, invalidating and cancelling out the voting power of social conservatives, evangelicals, concerned parents, and other pro-family, pro-children, pro-morality, pro-decency, pro-modesty, pro-sanity voices. Once the Golden State, the LGBTQ takeover has turned it into the “Golden Shower State.” It is now the most inhospitable and hostile for a family to raise a child.
In addition, one factor nobody ever talks about, in terms of LGBTQ suicides, is that state’s outlawing of so-called “conversion therapy,” which also amounts to kidnapping, plus entrapment, unlawful imprisonment, holding someone involuntarily against their will, child abuse/endangerment, contributing to the delinquency of minors, et al., as well as unlawful restraint of trade viz the psychiatric trade. Kids made to be hopelessly trapped for life in this dead-end lifestyle will end up being driven to commit suicide because all escape routes that would allow them to leave it have been sealed off, thus leading them to conclude that the only way out is to end it all. (That ban, I have no doubt, is based on Islamic doctrine that prohibits anyone from leaving the faith, especially to convert to Christianity, under penalty of death.)

They started to take away our children a century ago. They enslaved us to a dollar that was worth less every year, and they raised the cost of everything by raising the price of oil. They sent us to endless wars overseas, and they added more and more government to pay for. This made fathers work longer, and this forced mothers to work. The LITTLE ONES (the next generation of people here) were being raised more and more by our enemy, and they were being enslaved to debt at the same time. They ensnared more than one generation of LITTLE ONES to debt. This impedes the progress of each new generation (of little ones), or causes them to stumble, however you might want to say it.
Nice houses and clothing and cars and luxury items, all on credit, appear to be signs of prosperity but they are really signs of slavery. A nation of savers was turned into a nation of slaves to debt, and the slaves think they are free. It’s becoming clear, even to the geniuses, that we are not living in the free Constitutional Republic that we think we’ve been living in.
We were founded by people who wanted to raise families, and now we see children as such a burden that we kill them by the milli8ons before they are born. This is not the natural evolution of a nation run by free people.
Countless children have been abused for thousands of years, and we are supposed to believe that the punishment for that abuse comes after the abusers are dead. That belief hasn’t changed a thing. That belief was played like a fiddle. The punishment comes when the little ones revolt, and they will. The little ones specifically mentioned are the generations of formerly free people who have been forced into the slavery of debt HERE. This is the season of vengeance.
The abusers are the old rulers. The abusers are bloodlines of old wealth and power. They are kings by various titles, and they are kings by that title. They always hate freedom. The heads of these royal families suffer a fate worse than being throw into the sea with a millstone around their necks. The fate worse than that is when their entire family goes down with them. That is about to happen. They are a family of evil families. They are a coalition of royalty from across the pond. They are the tyrants we once separated ourselves from. Their families were here on day one of our nation, and they never left. They couldn’t force us into submission with their army, and they couldn’t cut us in half, so they formed a coalition (like a coalition of lions with a dominant head), and they spent over a century deceiving, robbing, poisoning, crippling, abusing, using us to murder, and murdering us by every means from within. They have smeared our name in every way and turned us into an image of themselves so the rest of the world would see us as the greatest threat on earth instead of the greatest nation on earth. They want the world to help them murder us. They enriched and enabled our other enemies at our expense so they would help murder us.
Their plans to murder us blindfolded, and use us to murder the rest of their competition, were interrupted in 2016. We have been in the school of hard knocks ever since. They have to finish what they started, or they lose everything and the only way to do that is with a war of survival. They guaranteed that war, but they lost control of it.

In some states, CPS’s have viciously retaliated against parents of children who reported being sexually abused in “trans” bathrooms by “gender-fluid” kids. Sounds nothing like showing concern for the health and well-being of children – and everything like rigid, stone-cold enforcement of Greenwich Village/San Francisco/Fire Island/Key West “values,” in the exact same way as warning rape victims not to disclose the ethnicity/race etc., of their assailants is enforcement of Sharia law in Western Europe.

Heck, is there a way that we can get California to break away (half fall off in ocean by earthquake, perhaps?), and just have that country succede from the whole country?? Let’s let it be it’s own little state, so I don’t have to hear anymore, ALL the crazy, ridiculous, evil, stupidest stuff, all the supposed leaders are doing in that worthless, crappy state, that come from Satan himself!!
You couldn’t PAY ME, to visit that “state” as they call it! Forget living there….all fricken types of evil live there, and they can HAVE IT!
