Minnesota lawmakers are considering a bill that would entice unhappy American children to within its borders to be brainwashed, sterilized, and mutilated. Children who are seeking castration, breast removal and other transgender medical procedures but who may be blocked by laws in other states are being lured to Minnesota
The legislation, HF146, was introduced by Rep. Leigh Finke of the Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party.

People tend to be dismissive of what goes on in California as if all of the lunacy were contained by its borders.

HF146 “would make Minnesota into a trans refuge state by protecting trans people, their families and medical practitioners from the legal repercussions of traveling to Minnesota to receive gender-affirming care,” Finke said.

Fox News: Minnesota lawmakers are considering a bill that would establish the state as a “trans refuge” for children who are seeking transgender medical procedures but who may be blocked by laws in other states. The legislation, HF146, was introduced by Rep. Leigh Finke of the Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party (Fox News). Townhall: The bill is designed to provide life-alternating sex change procedures to minors who live in states that restrict gender-affirming care. Finke, who is the first openly transgender person to serve in the state legislature, said the bill is a desperate “need” for her community (Townhall).
