MOTION TO DISMISS DENIED: Kari Lake’s Election Case Goes to Trial and Hobbs Will Have To Testify.

Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake’s lawsuit against Maricopa County will go to trial, a judge ruled late Monday.

Lake filed the lawsuit on December 9, alleging that “hundreds of thousands of illegal ballots infected” the Nov. 8 election and led to Hobbs being declared the winner, and “contains more than 270 exhibits of evidence.” Lake’s suit also relies on expert witness testimony.

A corrupt judge would have dismissed. All we need is a fair trial. Keep the faith.

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson dismissed the defendants’ motions to dismiss Kari Lake’s historic stolen election lawsuit.

A Runbeck whistleblower revealed in Lake’s filing that HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of ballots had no chain of custody documentation. This is a shocking and massive violation of the law. Twenty-five thousand ballots were added to Maricopa County’s totals after election day with no explanation of why the number of remaining ballots could increase. Also, tens if not HUNDREDS of thousands of mail-in ballots with mismatched signatures were illegally counted in violation of Arizona law.

They are going to trial on the major chain of custody issue which could overturn the election. The issues regarding fraudulent mail-in ballots and signature verification was tossed.
