Jewish groups have hit out at CNN and the Morning Star for pieces “whitewashing” left-wing anti-Semitism, Sky News host Rowan Dean says.

Mr Dean said the two cases highlight how “deep-rooted” anti-Semitism has become in mainstream American society.

“Left-wing antisemitism is often downplayed and overlooked, whether it’s on university campuses or online,” Mr Dean said.

He discussed the issue with physician Dr Qanta Ahmed.
