Feds move to block China-owned telecom service from operating in U.S.
Red State Observer via Fox News, April 9, 2020:
The Justice Department and other executive branch agencies recommended Thursday that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) revoke and terminate China Telecom Corp.’s authorizations to provide international telecommunication services to and from the U. S.
“Today, more than ever, the life of the nation and its people runs on our telecommunications networks,” said John C. Demers, assistant attorney general for national security.
“The security of our government and professional communications, as well as of our most private data, depends on our use of trusted partners from nations that share our values and our aspirations for humanity,” Demers said in a statement.
The Justice Department reviewed China Telecom’s authorizations and determined the company had failed to comply with the terms of an existing agreement with the department. China Telecom is a subsidiary of the People’s Republic of China state-owned telecommunications company.
In its recommendation, the executive branch agencies cited “increased knowledge of the PRC’s role in malicious cyber activity targeting the United States” and “concerns that China Telecom is vulnerable to exploitation, influence, and control by the PRC government.”
The FCC last May voted unanimously to deny another Chinese state-owned telecommunications company, China Mobile Ltd., the right to provide service in the U. S., saying the Chinese government could use the company to… (Read more)

This epidemic is excellent, real-world preparation for biological warfare. Most such warfare uses pathogens that cause epidemics to spread, and Covid-19 is a good model for that. So we are learning how to fight those wars. China is a river of new viruses, and we can expect more from them. And it’s time to make them stop. There are things that China can do, including stopping the Wet Markets, stopping consuming wild animals, and being more careful and hygienic around pigs and poultry.
And if China won’t stop exporting viruses,we need to shut down commerce with them.

I went into a Kroger/Fred Meyer store several months ago and saw banners all thru the store that said simply, DIP. I looked further, then discoverred that is the brand of clothing they now sell, rather than the quality things they USED to sell. And DIP is from China. I won’t go back to that store.

Well we have been in a cyber cold-war with China.
And now a Bio Cold-war.
This shows that the Bio Treaty they signed doesn’t mean a thing; just like the Iran deal. We have to be in the bio-game, it’s a 2nd Amendment issue.

They should never have been allowed in, in the damn first place – was it marx or lenin that stated they will sell the west/capitalists the rope they will hang themselves with … You hear that now medical device companies are going to stock up on all this equipment – HOW MUCH is coming from the commie rats in china ? I’d venture 99.9999% of it..This SHOULD be a wake up call to cut ALL ties with the chinese commie rats post haste – I’m not holding my breath..
