But we have also seen, many, many times, Muslims in the U.K. get special treatment from fearful and deferential officials. Remember the Muslim rape gangs that roamed free for years because authorities were afraid of being accused of “racism” and “Islamophobia.” Were officials in this case too afraid of appearing “Islamophobic” to give justice to Ahmed’s victim?

A top barrister who headbutted a female lawyer – leaving her covered in blood on the ground – was spared being struck off.
Disciplinary chiefs handed Rashid Ahmed just a three-month suspension over a drunken attack on King’s Road in Chelsea.
Ahmed, an immigration law specialist, left his junior colleague ‘on the pavement, on her back’, with ‘blood all over her face, and surrounded by members of the public’.
Ahmed, a deputy head of chambers, was restrained by passers-by and was allegedly seen still clenching his fists.
He was convicted over the assault at Westminster Magistrates’ Court in April 2018 and handed a 12-month community order.
A Bar disciplinary tribunal has now sided against kicking Ahmed from the profession – despite ruling he had undermined public confidence.
The tribunal insisted Ahmed was ‘not a risk to the public’, and had ‘shown insight’.
But critics say the suspension is further evidence of regulators showing leniency to barristers guilty of crimes….
It started with Mr Ahmed throwing water and an ashtray before he was then allegedly seen ‘to grab her, shake her, push her up against a pillar between two of the shop windows’.
Ahmed then tried ‘one headbutt that missed’, and then ‘a second headbutt to her face’, making contact ‘just above her nose, close to the eye’….
Ahmed admitted a single charge of professional misconduct – behaving in a way likely to diminish public trust in the profession….
Ahmed was initially handed a suspended jail term after admitting assault. The conviction was later swapped for a community order and unpaid work following an appeal….

Legal scum getting away with a serious assault of a female colleague. FGS what’s the legal profession coming to? Should have been struck off. For me – yes – seeing how many get away wth murder (honour killings), rape, and assault in the courts for being members of a protected community, my confdence is low anyway, but now it is even lower. And yes – the authorities are afraid of the adherants to this community that refuses to integrate. Yet these adherants want sharia law. OK – so then the female or a male relative has the right to head butt the perp. – an eye for an eye and all that. But this wont happen ‘cos females are only worth ‘half of a man’ even in the legal profession. Disgusting.

The Legal system in Britain is the OPPOSITE as here in America, where in America you are innocent until proven guilty and in Britain, you are guilty until proven innocent. UNDERSTAND THAT, AMERICA. So the BURDEN OF PROOF is on the FEMALE LAWYER and she must prove this Muslim did this to her.
AND WE ALL WONDER WHY BRITAIN IS FAST BECOMING A MUSLIM-CONTROLLED, CHAOTIC, DISMAL SOCIETY………………..The U.K.’s legal system is backward and so wrong. Not only that, but Brits pay over 1/2 of their paychecks to their Govt in taxes for Socialized benefits.

We aren’t doing much better here. Look how Manafort was handled. He was only indicted and yet a judge put him in SOLITARY CONFINEMENT before he had his trial. We are nipping at UK heels and in other situations we are at the same level. We also elevate evil er, Muslims.

I was in Britain in 1995 for a wedding. The happy couple are Christians, but it was obvious that the UK is in trouble as the churches are empty. Britain rose as did Europe due to Christianity and is in a fall thanks to rejecting it. In Britain, the soft side of Bolshevism, the Fabians, is the cause. Add to this that Britain has been ruled for more than 240 years by Germans. It is sad for me as I have some genealogical roots in Scotland, Ireland and England. The birthplace of great men such as CH Spurgeon, Wilbutforce, Newton, and great scientists like Maxwell, Watt and others will become just as Africa and the former British colonies, dung heaps.
America and Canada are not far behind due to the failure of these people to stand against the Cultural Marxists.
The ultimate end will be as William Federer has said of Europe, “Europe’s past was Christianity. It was replaced by humanism. It’s future is Islam.” The same is true in America and Canada. The ultimate cause is that people, who call themselves Christians have failed to engage the culture.

As an immigration barrister, can you imagine what he views as normal and defends if he behaves like this? How can he be a top barrister? He will now be emboldened and be even less restrained. A Bar Tribunals and Adjudication Service panel found that Ahmed had committed a serious breach of his professional duties, having been“involved in an assault upon another barrister who was a junior member in the chambers of which he was the Deputy Head of Chambers”.
Ahmed was in practice at Article 6 Law chambers, with an address at 2 King’s Bench Walk, but has now been suspended for three months.
In 5 April 2018, according to the newly published disciplinary findings (*), Ahmed went to meet a female junior colleague at Article 6 Law to discuss “financial matters pertaining to his chambers”.

Lets be honest. He was let off with less than a slap on the wrist. Why? Because under the Special Persons Act, being a muslim in the UK usually means get out of jail with a stern look given in lieu of prison.
