Protesters across the country in Virginia, California, New York and Vermont are defying lockdown orders and protesting in the streets, demanding governors lift lockdown orders as restlessness in the country grows.

In Virginia’s capital demonstrators gathered in cars for a drive-in protest while some more raucous rebels gathered on foot outside Capitol Square in Richmond to decry Governor Ralph Northam’s stay-at-home orders, which are slated to last through June 10.

In Los Angeles a demonstration dubbed ‘Operation Gridlock LA’ unfolded where honking cars waving American flags gathered outside City Hall.

In Vermont demonstrators braved the snow outside the Statehouse in Montpelier to rally for the end of the state lockdown. A group of nurses counter-protested against their demands, wearing their scrubs and facemasks.

People were seen holding signs that said ‘Tell Old Cuomo Let My People Go’ and ‘My Small Business Is Essential’.

Lines of cars honked as a large group of dissidents banded together waving Trump flags, American flags as they ignored social distancing measures.

People from across the state attended the event, including Westchester and Long Island, most of them noticeably not wearing masks as the governor mandated.

Meanwhile in Richmond, prostesters waved American flags, some dressed in army garb, holding signs saying ‘Liberate Virginia’ and ‘Feeding my Family is Essential’ in the protest organized by conservative group ReOpen Virginia.

‘If we don’t come together now to get this economy back open and running and healthy, we could very well not have an economy at all when we decide to do it,’ David Britt, organizer of the Reopen Virginia rally, said NBC10.

The protesters gathered an hour before Virginia lawmakers flocked to the capitol for one-day legislative session to review amendments from Governor Northam on 1,291 pieces of legislation including budget amendments.

It was a surprise session in light of the pandemic and the first such meeting in the state’s 400-year history.

House Delegates met under a canopy outside the Capitol while the Senate met at a giant event space at the Virginia Science Museum 2.5 miles away – and all will stand 10 feet apart at individual workstations to speak and vote. The lawmakers were asked to wear masks and avoid wearing germ-carr

COVID-19 Hits Blue States Hardest
The median death rate for blue states is 4.3. For red states, it’s 1.9. (Click for state breakdown graph.)comment image?resize=1024%2C970&ssl=1
Two explanations: Rotten governments provide rotten services, or simple squashing, where city Democrats live closer together than rural Republicans. In any case, Leftist hope that conservatives would be hit harder is baseless.

Resisting social distancing, refuse to wear masks; these are the reason why the USA is the country with the highest number of positive cases.
Asian countries like South Korea, Japan. China, Taiwan, Vietnam are recovering from covid-19.
What about USA? I need to have a hair cut! End the lockdown! Wearing (protective) mask is a symbol of oppression. Give me liberty or give me death!
Sure, the virus have given you a lot of death, and you ask for more?

So, you’re an epidemiologist? If you did your research, instead of watching CNN, while drinking the Kool-Aid, perhaps you’d have a more reasonable response. Stay in your oxygen-deprived bunker. The rest of us, don’t need fear mongers like you running free in our streets.

Ammunition is back in stock. Prices are still a little higher, but there’s plenty available. Exercise your God given constitutional rights.

Just found a 1,000 rounds of 9mm FMJ at a reasonable price for the first time in a while. Still a little high but I jumped on it.

I was sitting on well over two thousand rounds of 9mm, around 1200 rounds of .45 ACP, probably around 500 rounds of .380 ACP, only 150 .357, a couple of hundred .38 special … Around 1500 .223 and 500 5.56 mm Nato … Only around 100 .44 Magnum, only 50 .454 Casull, and 550 (exact count) of 41 Magnum. I haven’t counted up my .243, .270 (I believe I only have two boxes of twenty, One hundred each of .300 Win Mag, .300 Weatherby Mag, and .300 Remington Ultra Mag. .17 HMR … I’m at around nine hundred and change … I have NO idea how many .22 rimfire (from subsonic shorts to standard hollow point long rifles), but it’s a LOT. For my scatter guns … at least five hundred each of .410 and 28 gauge. I’m well over one thousand for twelve and twenty … All of those are #9 shot … Skeet club is still closed under mikki dawhiner’s orders … So, my winter stockpile, in a normal year, would be halfway gone by now. I do have one case (250) of 00 Buck, that i use for playing with my Shockwave.

I’d have to say this “non-essential” closure has saved my some ammo money.

What I’m looking forward to is “pawn shop buys” in a year or so, when all of the first time gun buyers revert to being gun haters and decide to unload their recent purchases, Sig Sauers, unfired as new in box, for $250.00 is my target.

Hi, little mamat mamat. I have a very good friend, of many decades, that is a physician in The Republic of Korea and more than a few friends in Japan,

In Korea, other than closing public schools, there was NO government mandated shutdown. People are not required to wear masks. And, no businesses were closed by government order? Dr. Kim, Min Soo, started prescribing malaria drug, zinc, and antibiotic cocktails as early as February 12th. He, being in the front lines and treating those infected with Covid-19, believes that was the reason that the death rate has fallen to around one (that’s singular ONE) per day, on average.

Where are you coming up with your idiotic statement(s)?

There are idiots. There are blithering idiots. And, there is that exceedingly rare, “a blithering idiot’s blithering idiot”. Into that latter class you, most assuredly, fall.

Now, Mohandjob, by classifying that one as a “blithering idiot’s blithering idiot” would be to promote her to a position far too high for her standing?

Off topic and aside …. Mail order ammunition sales are back, for Kaliph-horny-a. To all ships at sea:

“a federal judge has blocked california’s ammunition purchasing laws that
require a background check. we are now shipping directly to california
residents. we will prioritize california shipments to process as soon
as possible.”

Git ’em while you can.

Oh Pleazzzze. Asians have been practicing mask wearing for hundred years. It is part of their culture. Just like the muzzums wiping their ass with a bare hand. Just like the euros using a bidet. (which I have one by the way. Who needs TP?) Our culture does not call for a mask. It is something we just don’t do in our culture. Now for your argument that the USA has the most deaths of any country in th world. It is becasue the CDC and Dr. Scarf Lady demand that ALL deaths whatever their cause may be must be logged in as corny virus. The motivation for that is some 40,000 dollars paid to the hospitals for each one. How do i know? It is called “medical codes”. Some $10,000 for each ventilator put in use, among other “codes”.

i was at the protest in CO on sunday. i saw thousands of polite and well dressed middle class and upper middle class white people angry beyond belief at a government that is deliberately destroying them and could care less about them. what i did not see was one stinking repub politician there to support them, which tells me that the repubs are in on this too. the filthy rich homosexual democrat guv of CO has not had one challenge, political or legal, mounted against his fascist decrees by the state repubs. there is a powder keg daily getting larger in this country, filled with pissed off white people who raise families and pay taxes and go to church, and some politician is going to tap into that. trump does not seem to get it, either. november should very interesting.

The PEOPLE “own” the “government” … not the other way around.

These people need to REMOVE their Tyrannical “government”, physically and by FORCE of necessary.
The Citizens of the Sovereign States, several, have an absolute RIGHT to resist “unlawful arrest”, with FORCE (up to & including Deadly Force) …. look it up for yourself ….. Right to Resist Unlawful Arrest.
Read the Constitution and the rest of our Organic Laws of this Republic.
Oh, you don’t know what the Organic Laws are?????
LOOK THAT UP TOO.

Agreed! But if We The People DO become violent (which in this case, we have a Constitutional right to, Government will declare Martial Law, which sets aside our Constitution! They can and WILL use that against us!

Note: If “they” suspend the Constitution, they also suspend any, and all, “authority” that they may have had – since it is that same Constitution that is the SOLE AUTHORITY for any “authority” that ‘they’ may have.
Then, ‘they’ become no more that common, armed, criminals, acting under Color of Law and are liable unto DEATH.
They are, already, using this “virus” as Martial Law to hold the entire country “prisoner”.
We should have learned from our Founders and not from the Warsaw Ghetto.
