A state? Like Gaza, which is nothing more than a terror base. And building a tunnel for the terror movement is madness. It will be nothing more than a terror tunnel.
President Trump declared the capital of the new Palestinian state will be in East Jerusalem and that the U.S. will open our embassy there.
The good news is the genocidal “Palestinians” will never accept peace plan. For 72 years they have rejected every peace plan that offered them them a country. Because its not about statehood, it’s about annihilating the Jewish State. That’s their goal.

President Trump set to reveal Middle East peace plan
Trump administration plan gives Israel security control over the Jordan Valley in the eastern part of West Bank and sovereignty over West Bank settlements; chief White House correspondent John Roberts reports.
President Trump will push for a two-state solution to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, as he unveils the details of his administration’s much-awaited Middle East peace plan Tuesday, White House officials told Fox News.
Trump is set to announce the proposal alongside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during remarks in the East Room of the White House at noon Tuesday. Odds of the peace plan taking shape are long, given that the Palestinians have preemptively rejected the plan.
But White House officials described the plan as realistic and said Israel is prepared to act. According to White House officials, the plan calls for a two-state solution including the state of Israel and the “future” state of Palestine. Under the plan, the Palestinians would have to reach certain benchmarks to achieve a state. Those benchmarks include rooting out terrorism, stopping what they call “pay to slay,” implementing steps toward free speech, and other political reforms.

The plan is a basis for negotiations with Israel, Trump officials said, claiming many of the Palestinians’ red lines are met, including their calls for a Palestinian state and a capital in parts of East Jerusalem.
The vision calls for more than doubling the amount of territory the Palestinians control.
The plan also includes a map of a contiguous Palestinian state in the West Bank, with a proposed tunnel to connect the West Bank and Gaza strip. There would also be land swaps south of Gaza to give the Palestinians more territory.
This is the first time Israel has agreed to a Palestinian state with defined borders.
A small strip of land between the Egyptian border and the proposed land swap areas south of Gaza would remain Israeli territory and be subject to Israeli security control. This was requested by Egypt as a buffer against cross-border terrorism.
As part of the plan, Israel has agreed to halt settlement construction for four years.

Israel will maintain overall security, though it does create programs for the Palestinians to show the capability to secure their areas, including a local police force. The more the Palestinians show they can secure their areas and co-operate with Israel, the less Israel will have to do in terms of maintaining security, the officials said.
Israel will maintain sovereignty of the Jordan Valley east of the West Bank, according to the proposal. Israel will also maintain the security of the area.
There is a plan that over time, Palestinians would be able to achieve some civil sovereignty in the Jordan Valley, like farming, officials said.
While the Palestinians have been negative toward the plan, White House officials said Trump believes they will begin to move toward it.
Both Netanyahu and his political challenger, Benny Gantz, have agreed to implement this plan, regardless of the outcome of the upcoming March 2 election.
The officials portrayed the plan as Israel agreeing to massive concessions without jeopardizing its security, amounting to a serious good-faith effort that Israel has agreed to negotiate. The officials said the plan is realistic and Israel is prepared to follow through with it.
They also argue that the Trump administration’s moves to relocate the embassy and recognize Israeli sovereignty over the Golan were important confidence-building measures that led to this plan.
The Palestinians, though, refuse to even speak to Trump, saying he’s biased in favor of Israel, and they are calling on Arab representatives to reject the Tuesday event at the White House.
The Palestinian leadership also has encouraged protests in the West Bank, raising fears that the announcement in Washington could spark a new round of violence. Ahead of the announcement, the Israeli military said it was reinforcing infantry troops along the Jordan Valley.

OH, MR. PRESIDENT. Indeed you are naive. You could GIVE these ‘Palestinian’ people 1/2 of Israel and they will NOT BE SATISFIED until they:
1. Have ALL of Israel and then
2. Murder and kill every Jew in the world
3. Then, after that THEY WILL WANT INFIDELS UNDER THEIR FEET/CONTROL.

It truly makes me sad seeing this. I’m sure allot of effort has gone into this but it won’t work. Muslims will either LIE, take the money and run using it to fund terrorism or outright reject it.

Money for peace or land for peace has not worked and it won’t work now. Their hatred doesn’t have a price. All I see is if they take this deal it is prophecy being speed up and we are out 50 billion.

I agree, and for sure, Trump has a back up-plan. He knew the Palis would reject this plan. He also knows that Israel will decide her own fate. If you look at the proposed boundaries, this is really a One State Solution.
The new boundaries enclose the Pali areas, and strengthen the territorial integrity of the Jewish areas. When the Palis reject the plan, Israel can do it anyway. The Pali areas can be called ‘occupied areas’, ‘protectorates’, or ‘Islamic reserves’. Whatever they are called, they will be like USA Indian reserves, that are part of the USA, but they are surrounded by non-Indian areas. Indians have partial sovereignty on their reserves, but they must remain on the reserve, to maintain their treaty status. That could work for the Pali areas in a similar way.

I can appreciate the concern registered by most of us that the Arab mentality is the destruction of Israel and its people. Certainly, the reaction by Hamas and the PA would be expected to be rejective of any plan that takes away from them that right. Yet, one can hope that right thinking non-violent heads within the Arab community will prevail in the long run, and the Arabs might come to accept the terms to the extent that they might sit down privately with the powers that be, after realizing that to accept a non-violent compromise, emulating the success of Israel is in their best interests. Though the belief system of Islam may never allow the Islamic Arabs to accept this plan and will always be a stumbling block, at some point even these people must stop the violence. Nevertheless, I am also pessimistic that a two state solution will ever become a reality. Wishful thinking!

They may pretend to go along with it but I guarantee you, ISLAM is more important to them and that includes eliminating Jews, Christians and other nonbelievers. Look at all the money Obama gave Iran. It didn’t make any difference. Muslims are not honorable people.

If they go for the deal, it will not be long lasting peace. It’s simply not what God projects in the OLD or NEW Testament. I’d rather that not be part of Trump’s legacy knowing it will not last in the long run. Trump is trying very hard and trying to do what is right in our country but Muslims are not honorable people and REJECT western ideals that Trump is pitching to them….

Trump’s peace plan
“Disarming the Hamas terror group, and the creation of a State of Palestine, provided it recognizes Israel as a Jewish state.”
While waiting for the PaLIEStinians to stop rioting and accept this, I shall continue working on getting my cats to play cello and French horn. Here, kitties.
The plan allows each party to choose if they want to be part of it. If only one- party chooses so be it. Unfortunately the Palestinians never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity.
The plan solves three complex problems: It puts an end to the Palestinians’ unrealistic demand for return; it allows sovereignty to be applied in large parts of Judea and Samaria, and it cements the status of united Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
