New Poll: Most Americans Hold Unfavorable View of Democrats

“Ocasio-Cortez is the future of the Democratic Party.” Boom.
– Tom Perez, DNC Chairman

New Poll: Most Americans Hold Unfavorable View of Democrats

By Joe DePaulo, Mediaite, September 10, 2019:

The blue wave in 2018 was undeniable (by everyone, seemingly, except President Donald Trump. Democrats gained 41 seats in the House and lost just two in the Senate — despite facing an overwhelmingly unfavorable map. But with the presidential candidates in the spotlight, the Democratic party’s approval numbers appear to be taking a bit of a dive.

Story continues below advertisement

A column in The New York Times Tuesday cited a Pew Research Center survey which found that Americans currently hold an unfavorable view of the Democratic party. According to the poll, 45 percent of Americans have a favorable opinion of the Democrats, compared with 52 percent who hold an unfavorable view. Those numbers mirror the Republican party exactly. The GOP also stands at 45-52 in those metrics.

Last September, ahead of the 2018 midterms, the numbers told a different story. Fifty-three percent of Americans had a favorable opinion of Democrats prior to the election, compared to 42 percent who had an unfavorable opinion. Republicans, meanwhile, boasted just a 43 percent favorable number, with 52 percent unfavorable.

Will these numbers hold until next November? And if so, how will they translate at the ballot box?

Well if the ‘Squad’ becomes the new face of the Dem party then it’ll just hand an easy win for the Republicans for future elections. Their views are unpopular even among Liberals, like their hatred for Israel. So if they keep allowing the extreme-Left to take over, they’ll be deep sixing their own ship (party).

I believe that is how Trump is positioning the Democrat party.
He’s making the “squad” the new face of the Democrat party.

Agreed Felix, he’ll definitely win the next election and if the Republicans don’t screw up and if the Democrats become even more Islamified, then Americans will leave the Dem party in droves except the loony Leftists and keep putting Conservatives in power.

Once again though, the American voter will prove to be the nation’s worst enemy, voicing opinions in places like here in a conservative tone, but come election day, they will storm the polls and vote Democrat. Like Alan Dershowitz. Like Howard Stern, and those who worship at his altar. Like Jimmy Kimmel, ditto. Like Hollywood, ditto. Like 75+% of American Jews who vote in accordance with “tradition”. Like unions and union bosses, though according to Rush, are deeply dissatisfied with the Democratic party will, nonetheless, make sure their vote selection begins with a D.

Maybe Google efforts to “algorithm-ise” our voting (and everything else) behavior won’t matter … the nation will again be without excuse.

Entire blocs of losers – the moslems, white hating blacks, most hispanics, the gender fascists, the climate-baloney-fascists, the commies, the union workers…..all the worthies lined up within the 45%.

Perverts? I thought there were no perversions any more, everything is de rigeur in the lovely PC world. It used to be that every TV show/ movie had at least one black character (nothing wrong with that) Now it is the same with gender and every TV/ movie has to have at least one gay person. In spite of them being only a tiny % of the population

Allot can happen between now and November. The numbers will change again.

What was unfortunate in the 2018 midterms was the unprecedented number of GOP retirements in the House that Paul Ryan made no effort to stop. He could have arm twisted them to stay but he didn’t. So Trump had to determine, does he try to save the House or the Senate. Trump chose to campaign for the Senate to serve as a firewall and have them get his judges through. He simply couldn’t campaign for Congress and the Senate.

As has been stated, polls today very often are off the mark,
so this commentator would never rely on polls. Nevertheless, I do see the
Democratic Party in a “free fall.” With the failure of the party to stand up to
and affirmatively reject the voices within their party that promotes hate and
potential violence against those of the Jewish persuasion, a people who though
they have been attacked consistently over the eons, have nevertheless contributed
great accomplishments to America and humanity, and do not deserve that hate;
and with the party platform being pointedly socialistic and hand out in its
philosophy, something totally foreign to the human spirit; and with the party
failing to accept or recognize the crisis this country is facing from the overwhelming “refugee” problem at our borders;
and with the failure of the party to legislate because to do so would be a
so-called victory for Trump, who they hate; and their wasting time and energy
on issues that today are of little meaning to our citizens, such as climate
control, which would require China’s cooperation to have any effect, something that will never happen and increasing taxes, and seemingly supporting all the dangerous countries out there, such as China, Iran, and others, I see the Democratic Party as being
in a political free fall. I can only hope that the democratic electorate can
also see these same things, and come the election of 2020 give control of our
federal government to the Republicans.

The Italian government colluded with Hillary to frame Trump as a Russian agent, so Hillary’s tax funded “kill machine” is most probably in Italy to “suicide the evidence”? BTW “The Italian Job” was filmed in Venice. https://www.infowars.com/hillary-clinton-reads-emails-while-pretending-to-be-president-at-art-exhibit/

The tarmac meeting in part was to bolster conspiracy theories of Hillary’s email scandals as a guise, the main reason for the tarmac meeting was to arrange immunity for the spies for the planned Trump “insurance policy” hit job after becoming self-evident that Trump would most likely win the 2016 presidential race.

The current crop of Democrat presidential candidates seem locked in some sort of derby with one another to see who can invent and champion the most ridiculous stance on the issues and non-issues of the day, with crap like the “Green New Deal” and the like.

But with each new utterance , they only contribute to Trump’s landslide victory. As it says in the Book of Job, “Does not the ear test words as the palate tests food?”

If you analyze the numbers and eh races carefully, it was the Never Trumpers who lost the House and Senate races. The Trump endorsement and support is greater today than it was in 2018 and will continue to grow. The huge victory at SCOTUS yesterday shows he is winning almost all political and economic battles. Americans are far more prosperous than they were under Obama and even the most loathsome Commiecrat will not be enthusiastic about paying the taxes to support the 50 Trillion In new spending proposed by the Commiecrat nominee..

The “Blue wave” was nothing more than polling fraud and vote fraud. And if we don’t fix this crap:
#1 Voting machine fraud
#2 Illegals and dead people voting 10 times each
#3 People voting in other people’s names
#4 No voter ID
#5 So called “errors” (which always favor the Left coincidentally) and fake results

They will steal 2020 if we keep letting this go unpunished.

The Dems/nazi-islamics are causing corrupt CA to fail and fall into eternal misery. Gruesome-Newsome thinks that taxing to the hilt is going to make this state come back but many have left in droves and that is just the tip of the iceburg. Letting criminals of the moslem kind out of prison will only fan the flame of hate. Hate is what islam is all about from cradle to grave. No the Dems who have been in power have done no good and continue on their way to hell.

There was no blue wave in 2018. According to history, the democrats should have taken the house back by 60 + seats. They barely won the house back. Paul Ryan basically threw the race by not supporting any of their own candidates in their campaign, which is unforgivable. Please explain to me how there is a blue wave when no democrat can pull a crowd over 250 people and Trump consistently packs the house with 20K people and ticket request over 120K. If democrats are not allowed to cheat, Trump should blow it out and get the house back.

The more high profile exposure these Mentally Deranged Demoncrats engage in the lower the approval numbers for the entire Demoncrat Party will fall.
