These jihad co-conspirators are given sanction and legitimacy by mainstream enemedia outlets nationwide.
The Muslim Brotherhood terror group affiliate, Hamas, aka CAIR. Despite being named as unindicted co-conspirators in the largest terror funding trial in our nation’s history, they remain the number one go-to Islamic group for the leftist-elite media. Several CAIR officials have been convicted of participating in violent jihad activities.

Much evidence was documented in United States v. Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development et al., 3:04-cr-00240-P (N.D. Texas) (“HLF”). I have personally invested hundreds of hours reading written documented evidence and listening to audio-taped evidence that had been introduced at the trial.
The evidence shows that CAIR is a criminal terrorist organization. This conclusion is shared by the United States government. The Department of Justice named CAIR in the federal criminal trial of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development,[1] which concluded with multiple guilty verdicts, as an unindicted co-conspirator in a massive conspiracy to fundraise for, and otherwise pursue, the terrorist agenda of the Muslim Brotherhood and the Palestine Committee, a public relations and fund raising arm of Hamas in the United States.[2] See generally HLF.[3] Specifically, CAIR was named as one of the organizations formed by the defendants and co-conspirators to create the appearance of legality in the effort to raise funds and public support for Hamas and its jihad abroad. As the evidence in the HLF trial demonstrated, these plans were part of the 1993 Philadelphia planning meeting carried out by Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas operatives, a meeting which the FBI secretly recorded pursuant to a lawful court order, the entire transcript of which was introduced into the record at the HLF trial.[4] Two of the key participants at this Muslim Brotherhood-Hamas planning meeting were Omar Ahmad and Nihad Awad.[5] Ahmad co-founded CAIR, along with CAIR’s executive director Awad, in 1994 soon after this meeting. Ahmad served as CAIR’s chairman of the board until 2005 and Awad still serves as CAIR’s executive director.
Further, the federal prosecutors successfully resisted every effort by CAIR to have the public designation of CAIR as an “unindicted co-conspirator” removed from the court record and concluded as follows in its brief to the court:
Indeed, CAIR’s request to strike its name from the government’s co-conspirator’s list is moot, since its conspiratorial relationship with the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF) was confirmed by testimony and documentary evidence admitted at trial prior to the date CAIR even filed its brief.[6]
- After the convictions, CAIR and another co-conspirator filed motions to have their names stricken from the co-conspirator list. The trial judge refused based on the fact that the evidence fully supported this co-conspirator designation. (Filed as Doc. No. 1356 in HLF; see also Ex. B to the Declaration of John Stemberger filed in support of Defendant’s opposition to Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment.)
- A key piece of evidence introduced at the HLF trial and linked to the Muslim Brotherhood-Palestine Committee-Hamas conspiracy was a “planning memo” which describes the purpose of the “legal” organizations, such as CAIR, that the Muslim Brotherhood sought to establish in the United States:

The Ikhwan [Muslim Brotherhood] must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and “sabotaging” its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and Allah’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.[7]
- In addition, the FBI has publicly stated that it will have no formal or official contacts with CAIR precisely because of the evidence that linked CAIR and its senior management to Hamas and its purposes.[8] Finally, in response to a letter from Congresswoman Sue Myrick, a member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, the U.S. Department of Justice recently wrote in relevant part: (above)
Hussam Ayloush, a senior Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) official, in a tweet on Sunday called for the Jewish state to be “terminated.”
“Iran’s regime calling Israel a ‘cancerous tumor’ is like the pot calling the kettle black. All the people of that region will be better off once both murderous regimes are terminated,” Ayloush wrote.
Based on this tweet, one might assume Ayloush has an equal disdain for the Islamic Republic of Iran and Israel. However, whereas Ayloush would like to see regime change in Iran, he has a history of describing Israel in ways that echo Iranian rhetoric calling for its destruction.
He has referred to Israelis as “zionazis” and repeatedly equated the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) with ISIS terrorists.
“You know how many hundreds of Jewish American kids are recruited to join the Israeli occupation army? Hundreds. Every year. They leave their country, leave America, to go join with an army that is engaged, with no debate, in major violations of human rights, and maybe some would argue, and I’m one of them, war crimes,” Ayloush said in May, adding that “no one has ever established a CVE program to see, why would normal Jewish American kids leave their home and join to be part of an army committing war crimes.”
That kind of comparison “is frankly insane,” British Muslim Maajid Nawaz, a former radical who now fights Islamist ideologies, said in 2015.
It’s also anti-Semitic, according to the U.S. State Department’s definition established in 2010. Demonizing Israel by “[d]rawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis” and “denying Israel the right to exist” are among the behaviors which constitute anti-Semitism.
Now Ayloush is trying to equate Israel with the Islamic Republic of Iran – the world’s foremost state sponsor of terrorism worldwide which continues to actively plot attacks throughout the West.
He didn’t call for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to be voted out and replaced by someone less hawkish in the conflict with Palestinians. He called for it to be terminated.
Ayloush runs CAIR’s Los Angeles chapter and remains politically influential despite his radical views on the Middle East conflict. According to his Facebook profile, he remains a delegate in California’s Democratic Party.
As we’ve noted previously, Ayloush’s willingness to make outrageous comparisons likening Israel to the world’s greatest terrorists, he bristles at the very question of whether Hamas is a terrorist organization. In a 2013 exchange captured on video, Ayloush angrily dismissed the question as “not acceptable,” and “proves that you have nothing but bigotry in you.”
It’s difficult to imagine a parallel circumstance in which a prominent public figure calls for the “termination” of a foreign state and manages to retain his influence. Ayloush isn’t criticizing a specific policy. He wants an existing nation to disappear.

Though it should seem obvious, we seem to live in a world where the obvious is ignored. What is obvious you ask? The obvious is that Islam intends to overwhelm all of the free world societies. Knowing all of this our electorate placed in our government people who support this belief system. Do you think that the Mullahs and other Islamic leaders do not mean it when they state “death to America.” To allow these people to freely function here is, unquestionably, the height of stupidity.

The electorate are mostly just sheep – uninformed, unthinking, short memoried, easily led and fed. In Europe/UK, Canada, and for 8 yrs. the USA, conniving, smooth talking bully leaders, lied to and beat people down with vile names and stupid laws to fool the foolish into swallowing turds.
These bought and paid for mouth pieces abandoned their responsibilities to their country and her people, and used their positions to pursue a completely anti-national agenda in full knowledge of what it would mean and entail. They may be evil, greedy, and self-serving, but stupid and uneducated they are not. They knew Islam’s history, both distant and current, and what would happen if suddenly immigration systems were overloaded with aculturalled, non-assimilating people led by an intolerant, inflexible ideology masquerading as a religion. They were counting on the chaos – “so what if some people die”. They will have their NWO no matter whether they have to piss on your skull as they trample over you. We mean nothing to them.

If you are referring to the HLF trial, I believe there were 9 convictions with decent sentences attached ( not the kind associated with treason ), but in excess of 10 yrs. each. They should have been disbanded, with all members prosecuted, citizenship revoked and deported, and never allowed to form or reform again.
Robert Muller ( ya, Special Council Muller ) was in charge of the FBI at that time, and curiously ended the ” anti-terrorist ” training for all agents, with all materials destroyed, not warehoused, destroyed ??? I guess it was too effective, can’t have that – might spoil the plans. To call them the ” swamp “, sullies the name of a needed ecosystem. How about criminals, seditious treasonists, sellouts, or just plain old, bastards.

Also interesting that, as ” Politico ” pointed out, no claims of ” libel ” or ” defamation ” by CAIR, only objections to the legality of the means that the incriminating evidence was obtained, and , as if right on cue, the legal system responds with censure and confiscation. Any word on where this “counter-suit” ended up ?
