Cargill to Pay $1.5 Million Jizya to Fired Muslim Packing Staff, Hamas-CAIR Does Victory Dance

Cargill was exceedingly generous to its Muslim workers, and yet still has to pay out $1.5 million.

Despite the fact that Cargill was accommodating the vast majority of Muslim daily prayer requests by providing specially created “reflection rooms,” i.e., prayer rooms, nearly 150 Muslim workers walked off the job. Instead of a thank you, they get kicked in the teeth. Accommodation gives way to more demands.

This is a unique phenomenon in the American workplace. Christians and Jews and Hindus do not make such outrageous requests. Christians do not walk off the job in the name of Jesus. Christians do not impose their religion on their co-workers. Christians don’t ask for special chapel rooms and the like.

These demands at Cargill were a way of imposing Islam on the kuffar. The Muslim workers were demanding special rights that non-Muslims don’t have. Special rights for a special class – that is sharia. Muslims are superior – that’s sharia. And once they get their prayer breaks, they will take their demands to the next level, as they did at Hertz. At Hertz, Muslim workers demanded prayer breaks; Hertz agreed. But Muslims were disappearing during prayer breaks. Hertz responded by asking them only to clock in and out during prayer times. Muslims refused, and Hertz was being sued for religious intolerance.

Meanwhile, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, or EEOC, has become a battering ram against companies, forcing them to adhere to sharia principles. The overreach of the EEOC is monstrous: One particularly extreme example of its interference was its support of two Muslim truck drivers who were suing the company that dismissed them for refusing to transport alcohol; they were awarded $240,000 for this refusal to do the job for which they had been hired.

It always works the same way: Every accommodation gives way to more demands. Everywhere American practices conflict with sharia, it is our practices that must give way. Muslims impose their work times, their sharia, on non-Muslim co-workers and punish companies that refuse to submit.

Litigation jihad is a huge industry, and American companies are being held hostage by Muslim workers and Hamas-CAIR. It’s time to call a halt, and to say that there will be no more accommodation.

“Cargill to Pay $1.5 Million Settlement to Fired Muslim Packing Staff,” by Wyatt Bechtel, Drovers, September 14, 2018:

A settlement has been reached between Cargill Meat Solutions and fired Somali-American Muslim workers in relation to a wrongful termination case.

Charges of discrimination were being investigated by the Denver Field Office of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in relation to 138 Somali-American Muslim employees being fired from Cargill’s Fort Morgan, Colo., beef processing plant.

It is alleged that the employees were harassed and denied requests for prayer breaks.

Cargill does not accept the findings by EEOC, however the company opted to settle out of court the former packing plant staffers to avoid an extended legal process. The settlement was announced by Cargill, along with Rathod Mohamedbhai LLC, and the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) who were representing the former employees.

Under the settlement Cargill will pay the 138 former staffers $1.5 million, inclusive of attorneys’ fees and costs. Cargill also plans to reaffirm its commitment to allowing Muslim workers to take short breaks for prayers.

“Providing our employees with religious accommodation is an important part of engaging and supporting our employees, and our policy has remained consistent for more than 10 years,” said Brian Sikes, president of Cargill Meat Solutions.

The confirmation of Cargill to continue recognizing employee rights under Title VII to be free from discrimination based on their race, national origin, retaliation, and their right to be accommodated for their sincerely held religious beliefs was welcomed by EEOC….

“We commend Cargill for reaching this settlement with 138 of its former employees and for valuing the religious diversity of its workers,” says CAIR National Litigation Director Lena Masri. “We applaud this settlement, which represents a mutually agreeable resolution of this case, and we welcome Cargill’s commitment to accommodating the religious needs of Muslim workers and workers of other faith backgrounds.”…

In December 2015, nearly 200 workers at the Cargill packing plant in Fort Morgan walked off the job in protest of having prayer breaks. Following the protest more than 150 Muslim workers were reported to be fired at the plant. Cargill later offered to rehire some of the employees after updating its termination policy.

At the time of the policy update Cargill Beef President John Keating said the company’s action was reasonable.

“The terminations at Fort Morgan appear to be based on a misunderstanding, or misinformation, about a perceived change in our religious accommodation policy that did not occur. Allegations that we were not going to allow prayer any longer are false. The result is that nearly 150 people found themselves in violation of our attendance policy and we had no alternative to termination. This change will provide for an orderly and expeditious reapplication process for people seeking an opportunity to potentially fill vacant positions at our beef plants,” said Keating in January 2016.

And it would hurt morale to have them around and being rewarded for their bad attitude. Maybe, but you know CAIR wouldn’t be happy if muslims weren’t able to reapplicate and be mandatorily rehired due to their already experience in their jobs, because otherwise would be discrimination against muslims. And it isn’t anymore just “religious freedom”, now the “religious needs” must be fulfilled, and muslims need sharia law

I already told you CAIR will announce victory even if they lost. And nobody expects to get rehired after taking a settlement.

By the way, what’s wrong with discrimination against Muslims? Morally I mean, don’t start lecturing about rights that come from our societies not yours. From our country’s founding, they were the ones taking Americans as slaves (the Barbary pirates.) That’s different from our history with any other group of people in the world and deserves special treatment.

Muslims should just realize we won that and have the grace not to bother us. Stay out. But since grace isn’t their long suit, we have to “help” them to act accordingly.

It’s a cheap buyout, $10,000 per employee, and they surely renounce any right to work there again and any other claims. Maybe they weren’t getting hired back after all. This is definitely better for the company to be rid of them and for others to see their behavior resulted in being pushed out for a small payment.

Collect lots of cash. USA you are truly committing suicide. All employees should be shown a printed list of the terms of employment and required to sign it. The list should state no unusual activity ie. nothing to disrupt the normal working hours of the business will be permitted
I bet you would have to look very hard to find any examples outside Muslims who demand this sort of thing

simple solution is for firms to have a signed agreement that there is no time other than smoke breaks allowed in the workplace which is a clause that treats its workers, equally without any religious breaks except on the countries actual national holidays which in a CHRISTIAN country is xmas and easter with all people being paid as the law states and not these muslim robjobs who claim fake victimhood at every opportunity who will make it up as they go with each piss take victory, not all workplaces do they get away with it as with other asian companies muslims dont get away with playing the race card and do not have prayer breaks as theye told they have to do that in their own time not works time , which is why we should be demanding a law that prevents inequality and racism by favouratising one group over all others hence the muslims are seen as the racists by demanding special treatment that in most arab countries they do not get as ive never seen hotel staff , security staff, cafes, shops, etc disappear on mass blocking roads army style on route to mosques to pray nor are they allowed to block roads as the police would knock ten bells out of them ! nor are there foot sinks to wash their feet as it is done on mosque grounds before they go into mosque not in an airport gym etc as the prayers DO NOT have to be done to order as they are allowed to catch up in their free time any they miss IF ONLY GOVERNMENTS WERE TAUGHT THE TRUTH OF WHAT IS IN THE QURAN AND NOT whatever these mainly violent rude and lazy ones say , so its time a law is made to counter bullying from muslim militants trying to get free time off, paid while they disappear elsewhere ! it should be made clear that equal rights for workers do not exempt workers based on religion that can be done in their own time ! these african ones are the most prolific criminals rapists and murderers do not care that they do this at all times including prayer times at mosque when they are attacking you instead of praying and most of them drink gamble dont go to mosque, or fast and carers do not go off to pray, nor does a muslim surgeon stop doing an operation mid way so these militants should be warned that any UNAUTHORISED absences would lead to instant dismissal which they would have to sign to abide by in their contract and backed up by law using the quran verses on how they should catch up LATER ON ! By taking the money, I expect they signed something giving up rights to rehire. If Cargill could get rid of the rest of its Muslim employees for $10,000 apiece, it would probably do so in a heartbeat.

These are low level factory workers. It wouldn’t be too hard to fire them. They could start by documenting (which they probably neglected to do the first time around) their lack of punching out for prayer breaks. Three times and they’re out. Simple. The filthies in dirty night shirts would not have much ground to stand on.

Cargill gave ’em prayer rooms AND prayer time. When Cargill Beef decided to actually schedule “prayer time”, the moslems walked off of the job. And, the courts STILL stood behind the moslems.

You have to understand the companies that hired those soooomawwlees perspective. The federal, and in the case of minnysoetah, state governments paid subsidies to these companies. In the first few years, the tax credits and outright payments were substantially more than the companies were actually paying the “refugees”. So, even if it took five sooomawwlees to do the job of one human being … it cost them nothing. Then, as time went on …. the tax credits started to decrease and the subsidies ceased (at the very least, dramatically reduced).
Now, the five to one worker ain’t lookin’ too good. Even though the soomawwlees were still given special dispensation … it wasn’t nearly as much as it used to be.
So, the negro moslems walked off the job. Cargill didn’t just terminate them, immediately for cause … they held out an offer for them to return to work, on a set date. Those that didn’t return WERE terminated.
The negro moslems took it to court …. I cannot believe that our court system is THIS CORRUPT and moslem loving.

When Cargill took the subsidies from the feds, they should have known they weren’t getting the highest quality worker. One has to question, if an employee is so bad, that the government has to PAY the company to hire them, maybe is not such a good deal. And yes, our courts are THAT corrupt.

These Muslims must accumulate their money somewhere. The problem with all their activism is they all seem to be judgment-proof (no assets to take). Where does the money go? We have to find the money. Is it just Soros and the like? Don’t the Muslims themselves accumulate some money that accumulates somewhere?

No sympathy for Cargill. They deserved every bit of that fine for hiring the filthy muslims, allowing them to trample over their workplace policies and for remaining subservient to the dirty night shirts all along the way.

Cannot say I am surprised. Special Privileges for the Superior Protected Classes Who Are Superior to We the Subhumans is really nothing new. As a 6th class citizen who has spent his career at the back of the bus I’ve seen this countless times. And let’s be clear … both my engineering career and my legal career were nothing more than Doing the Jobs Quota Quacks Could Not or Would Not Do. Until I was able to go into business for myself – which was at least interesting. So I have seen many cases of this.

Quota Quacks with promotions, raises, bonuses, inflated salaries, easy-make work b/c they could not be trusted with anything that might break, and so on. And in many numbers too. One plant I worked for had an entire crew of contractors to come in and do what the morons of a certain P.C. could not figure out how to do. Another job I had because the employer had so many Quota Quacks without a clue, he had no one to do basic research. It’s no wonder international corporations would rather work in the failed-narco-state of Mexicartel than in the “Free-market (my assets)” of the USA. If you don’t get paid to be here, and you cannot buy ‘Protection’ from the Demokkkratic Mafia, there is no reason to be here if your product can be sourced and shipped from elsewhere.

(And that does not account for either the anti-American trade deal effects or the foreign exchange rate effects which are blistering.) The one thing keeping many manufacturers here is the fear of being nationalized and shot. If not for that, they would all of have gone.

The fact is these could have been any Protected Class – i.e. – any group of persons in an Identifiable Tribe of Anti-Americans Recognized by the Demokkkratic Criminal Cabal. And I’ve seen accommodations for every worthless piece of scum on the planet – all while knowing good solid human beings were refused admission to our great nation precisely because they were the kind of people who love this country.

Btw – worked for a small mid-west state… Between 1974 and 2005, 98% of all industrial facilities requiring air and water permits – translation, that made things, – shut down. The vast majority went bankrupt. Most were small cap businesses, and not the sort of companies that Warren Buffet would waste his time scrapping off the bottom of his shoe … but … Think about that.

That was about 8000 good employers – their owners, their professionals, their blue collars, all gone. Not to mention suppliers, vendors, and customers. None of that can be replaced until #MAGA has been a reality for some time, and the ability of smaller businesses to function in our economy is restored.
