Germany: Keep ‘Door Open’ to Turkey Joining European Union

29

After experiencing a massive increase in rape and other crimes from the inundation of Muslim migrants into Germany, the German government has not learned its lesson. Far from it. Not only does Merkel want to bring in even more Muslim migrants, but Germany is also still in favor of bringing Turkey into the European Union, despite the fact that its unhinged President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, is rapidly destroying that nation’s secular Kemalist foundation, and wants to restore the Ottoman caliphate. If Turkey joins the EU, that will be the end of Europe as we know it. Given its policies, that may be what the Merkel government wants.

“Germany: Keep ‘Door Open’ to Turkey Joining European Union,” by Liam Deacon, Breitbart, April 18, 2018:

The European Union (EU) should keep the door open for Turkey and its Islamist leader to join the bloc, Germany’s EU minister has insisted.

Story continues below advertisement

The nation first applied to join the open-borders club back in 1987, and its bid is been supported by current Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, who said last year that Turkey should “move closer to Europe rather than moving away from us”.

If Turkey joined, it would be the second largest member state by population, giving it significant voting power, and meaning the free-movement bloc has borders with war-torn Syria.

Calls for Turkey’s accession to be halted have grown as President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan moves to Islamise the once secular nation and crush political opposition and the free press.

Nevertheless, Michael Roth, Germany’s minister for the EU, seems undeterred, telling a meeting of EU ministers in Luxembourg: “It is in the hands of those responsible in Turkey to decide whether they want to be a member of this European community of values.”

He added: “I would suggest we do not slam the door shut. That would be a wrong signal towards those in Turkey who still long for European values.”

Just last month, Mr. Erdoğan confirmed membership of the EU remains a “strategic goal” for Turkey under his leadership…..

Actually, shouldn’t Nigeria and Zimbabwe be admitted, to the EU, before turkeyland? Makes about as much sense, doesn’t it?

Given enough time seems Germany turns into the bad guy. Old Merkel was a East German comunist and she proves her hate for the west.

” Germany: Keep ‘Door Open’ to Turkey Joining European Union ”

That would probably be Germany’s last act as an independent nation.
Good riddance Merkel and company.

What exactly can Turkey bring to the EU that it does not already have? The Turks will probably take more than they can possibly give, especially under Erdogan.

These EU leaders are either fools or traitors. Allowing a huge Muslim nation like Turkey into EU would be suicide for Europe, even genocidal for the European race. We would be swamped by the free movement of Turks into the rest of Europe, plus all those migrants already in Turkey. Utter insanity. I am so glad for Brexit and getting UK out of that stupid corrupt organisation. Erdoagan will get his caliphate dream based in Berlin.

I wouldn’t lose too much sleep over this “issue” of Turkey joining the EU if I were you because as it hasn’t happened during the last 30 years, pre the organised and encouraged Islamic invasion of western Europe with the compliant governments then in charge, it’s unlikely to happen now or in the forseeable future with European public opinion moving rapidly to support the rejectionist populist right as a direct result of Islamic terrorist violence and the rapes..

Ten or fifteen years ago France led the resistance to the idea of Turkey joining and with a new right of centre government in Austria the chances of Turkey joining under their new despot look more remote than ever. The AfD in Germany will keep Mutti “in check”.

The Austrians are having a pretty torrid time of it in their schools where the Muzz are acting as only Muzz can and the more the muzz kids punch the heads of the local boys and chase their sisters to distraction, the more their Austrian parents will start to remember and talk about the two sieges of Hapsburg Vienna the Ottomans mounted.

However, the biggest bar which is insurmountable is the new Sultan – to – be himself, he swallows his pride as a proud knowledgeable Turk when he has to “deal” with western female politicians he despises for being female, on an equal basis of “mutual” respect he doesn’t actually have, but he could never ever compromise his position on holding political prisoners or the death penalty or the question of the Kurd’s and Turkeys persecution of them for reasons of “national security”.

The death penalty in Turkey and his rejection of the EU Commission’s much vaunted “European values” argument are real “stoppers”, to compromise over either would be impossible for him because if he as leader of a powerful Islamic nation of 70 million with an Imperial and cruel {by our standards} past, could be seen by other Muslims to be bowing to Christian “man made law” with it’s protection for minority rights including gays and Jews, the jig would be up for expansionist Turkey.

Mutti is virtue signalling to others like her, but she’s shooting blanks.

If this was a Machiavellian ploy, to pretend they would allow Turkey in, while really wanting to keep them out, even then it would be dangerous. Like Israel constantly having to defend against 2-state proposals, even though 2-state is militarily impossible. The EU would have to keep making excuses why it was too early to allow Turkey in, in other words. And to have to keep making concessions.

When Germany is majority muslim, which will be within 20 years, then the muslim population of Germany will vote for Turkey to join – this is just a matter of time. Brussels will be majority muslim within 12 years. Marseilles already is.

Just a matter of time…. Seems like there’s an old song I liked with those lyrics. But this song is not going to be enjoyable.

I don’t know… with enough threats from Turkey, the EU may bend. I hope you are right!

For all practical purposes, turkey owns germany. The german welfare system is overloaded with turkish muslim beggars who violently dictate terms of how germany will operate its social and legal systems, essentially designed to accommodate islam. When germany is economically crippled by muslim parasites eating the country, it will realize there is a problem, which will be much worse when any attempt is made towards a solution.

WOW!! In spectacular / mind boggling fashion, Merkel led Germany, is nose diving into the abyss and it is Erdogan, the blackmailing / arm twisting, Turkish dictator, which is doing the pushing of Germany down that dark, bottomless chasm from which it will never realistically emerge again, sans a brutal / bloody civil war (within the next five years) with national patriots, being the decisive victors

Germany DOOMED!!

It;s too late for that! Erdogan is an Islamic hardliner. Thank Obama for making sure he got in. Turkey used to be an alley. Maybe it’s a back up plan for when the EU runs out of money paying Turkey to stem the flow of migrants into Germany?

80% OF TURKISH MUSLIM SETTLERS IN GERMANY
LIVE OFF WELFARE

Nicole, a German school teacher told me once, when she asks her students what they want to become in the future, the majority of Turkish students say, “State benefit receiver.”

Although this is dated 2013, I doubt that suddenly Muslims are energized to work for the infidel. Merkel has a real mess on her hands and making it worse!

Suresh, you are absolutely right. They the liberals’ and Jihadis are one of the same. Erdogan is a Jihadi, hell-bent on the downfall of Europe via the Islamist/Jihadist EU under Merkel et al. The seeding of Europe’s self-destruction was sown long ago, cultivated and exploited by the perfidious Merkel, Macron, EU partners and their Islamist allies.
The Turks perpetrated Genocide on the Armenians but continue denying the facts. The West placated Turkey by dismissing this heinous act for decades while some nations continue abiding Turkey’s outlandish denial of genocide. Hence, one must assume the ‘Genocide factor’ solidifies, and is the common-factor within Germany’s, Merkel’s alliance with Erdogan’s Turkey. The EU is not on life-support but stone-cold-dead.

Let’s see: If you cannot get enough muslims to immigrate into your dump, just add a whole muslim country to it.

Yeah, that will make things so much better! (NOT)
