Several years ago there was a huge brouhaha over some gun stores that declared that they would not sell weapons to Muslims. Hamas-CAIR filed suit; it was “islamophobia.” In reality, it was common sense. Why should we continually allow jihadis to arm themselves? Why cannot we take prudent security measures?
And now Abu Salih al-Amriki shows why those gun stores were in the right: he is calling upon Muslims to take advantage of our gun laws to amass weapons to kill us. How long before concern for “islamophobia” ends and concern for self-defense begins?

An alleged ISIS fighter with an American accent and one leg, identified as Abu Salih al-Amriki, used a web video to call on Muslims to “take advantage of the gun laws” in America to carry out terror attacks.
The man also denounced President Donald Trump, according to reports.
The fighter appeared in a propaganda video released on Wednesday saying Trump’s war on Islam was making the US more vulnerable to terror attacks and would help fuel support globally.
Using the name Abu Salih al-Amriki, the fighter wore khaki fatigues and had a gun strapped to him as he condemned President Trump for playing up a clash of civilizations.
The Daily Mail quoted extensively from the video:
“You entered into the White House on the back of your crusader rhetoric, which the fake media has pressured you to tone down,” he said in the video, speaking in what sounded like a New York City-area accent.
“Your feelings and hatred towards Islam has already been revealed … you are now witnessing your fake victory.”
“Your war against Islam has only made your homeland more vulnerable and your society is cracking into chaos.”
He referred to President Trump as a “dog of Rome.”…

I beg to differ. All criminals (islamic terrorists or otherwise) known to use arms to assault and to murder are denied the right to own them. Even if a muslim enters the USA legally, it is common sense to give him/her a background check, as with any one suspect of a criminal record. This includes YOU! 🙁

Here, in the state of Nohio, a permanent resident (“green card) has the legal right to purchase a firearm and to receive a CHL. On the 4473, it used to require permanent residents to also furnish proof of residency, at the same domicile for ninety days. Even that is no longer a requirement, the state issued identification (eg: driver’s license) shall suffice, the same as a citizen.

Did a little research, and it seems that virtually all states do allow permanent “green card” residents to purchase firearms with just a photo ID. Still it would make sense to do background checks even on naturally-born citizens.

Permanent Resident Aliens, just as all citizens, are run through the NICS, with the exception of some states that do their own. Unless a private party sale, everyone fills out form 4473. The background checks are quite extensive. It is more common to have a “delay”, than an “instant” pass. From the Black Friday sales, through the year-end clearance sales, I hadn’t seen firearm prices so low, in years. Five delays and one “instant” OK.

The “Mosque” is the designated refuge for Mujahideen, Jihadis.
They may Live, Arm, and Train at the Mosque, After the attack they
may rest-heal and re-arm for the next attack. At least one Mosque
in the EU has been found to have over 10,000 weapons in the basement.

No, I am not now, nor ever have been a muslim, nor do I intend to become one. muslims only understand violence, they do not respect anything but the most brutal and violent of anything. To instruct a muslim, a severe beating is the only thing that gets their attention. Any attempt to reason with, tolerate, cooperate or negotiate is a total waste of time. A solid offence is the best defence.

Deport or jail any muslim who advocates violence toward the US or institutions. Close any mosque where these views are preached confiscate their property and anyone who attends these mosques should be put on a watch list and monitored.

A lady that owns a range & gun store made her firing range a Muslim-free zone:
“I have a federal firearms license… The ATF informed us when we received the license that if we feel any reason for concern about selling someone a firearm, even sense that something is not right about an individual, or if we are concerned about that persons mental state, even if they pass a background check, we do not have to sell that person a gun. In other words, a federal agency has given us this kind of discretion for service based on the nature of the business. I can and have turned people away if I sense an issue with their mental state.
I understand that not all muslims are terrorists. I also believe there are as many Muslims who do not know what is in their Koran as there are Christians who do not know what is in their Bible. Since I have no way of discerning which muslims will or will not kill in the name of their religion and the commands in their koran…I choose to err on the side of caution for the safety of my patrons.

It’s amazing. As, isis claimed responsibility and that it was a recent convert. They (isis) has never claimed a connection when there wasn’t one. That made a little “news”, but was buried within fifteen minutes.

Much about the Las Vegas slaughter surprises me. The authorities were extremely quick to assure us that the killings were not the result of an Islamic terror attack despite the similarities to attacks carried out in Europe. Once ISIS made claims to the contrary the authorities were equally quick to dismiss those claims as disingenuous. Since that time the authorities have been remarkably tight-lipped about the murders, telling us that we would most likely be waiting a year or more for some answers. I genuinely believe that it was an Islamic terror attack and the authorities are loath to admit that ISIS has managed to pull off an attack of that magnitude deep in the heart of our country.

The gun / machine shop shop I worked in, told a foreign national , non- US citizen, the guns were only for display and not for sale. My question is ; why do foreign nationals have any rights in the US ? Perhaps basic rights like buying a burger. But 2nd Amendment rights ? We have no good means of background check on them.

A good question. Anyone attempting to buy a firearm in AZ must be a resident there, residents of the other 49 states do not qualify.

I’m not sure what you mean by foreign national but my wife is a permanent resident. She has a green card and pays a lot of damn taxes. She can buy a gun and get a concealed carry permit here in AR. The only 2 things that I know of that she cannot do is get a US passport or vote.

This article is full of misconceptions about the gun laws in the US. All potential purchases must be made through a Federal Firearms Licensee, or FFL who performs a background check on the info you provide on your application form and valid photo ID. The electronic check is made through the NICS, or National Instant Check System, which is run by the FBI. Guns purchased online are sent to an FFL you specify where the check is performed and not directly to you.
One of the fastest ways to land in prison is a gun related crime, particularly being a “straw purchaser”, or buying for a disqualified individual.

Due to the dubious immigration policies of the last few decades many Muslims have been born and raised here and enjoy all the benefits of birthright citizenship. The Orlando killer is an example of this. He bought the guns he used legally through the proper channels without a hiccup. New converts to Islam of US citizens presents the same problem. The NICS system is no barrier to this potential problem.

They are obviously listening to the lame stream media. They think it is easy to purchase a gun. They think they can walk in to a gun store, plunk down the cash and walk out with a fully automatic AR-15 or AK47. For those of you in Rio Linda, that is not how it happens. The same with online purchases. Both the shipping and receiving must be done by a licensed dealer. Of course, if they are going to break the law, there is nothing anybody can do about that. It s not as easy as you think.
