Metoo, not all Jews are wealthy. Like any group, most are not wealthy. I’m not Jewish, but I once worked in a Jewish neighborhood, and also participated in distributing food to needy Jews. I worked in a Jewish deli when I was young. Customers would come in and buy a quarter pound of lunchmeat, a couple of slices of cheese, etc. I once asked why such small quantities everyday. I was told that many of the customers had no refrigerators. So, your comment is ugly.

It’s an issue with Islam because their “holy” books tell them that is all right. The New Testament tells us husbands to treat our wives as we would want to be treated ourselves. The Koran says beat them when they are unruly, kill them when they become apostates. Domestic violence is sanctioned in Islam, and not Christianity (or Judism). The root cause of Islamic violence against wives (and women in general) is in their religious teachings. Get it?
