Herman Loonstein, the lawyer for the Jewish restaurant attacked by a Muslim migrant, may be disbarred for revealing that the jihadi who smashed the restaurant was a Muslim migrant who fought with jihad terrorist groups. Worse still, Loonstein calls it incomprehensible that the Palestinian Muslim terrorist was set free.
So who is the Dutch government protecting, the Jews or the jihadis? It’s very clear. Crystal.

The Public Prosecution Service will file a complaint against the lawyer of the
Jewish restaurant in Amsterdam, where last week the windows were smashed by a 29-year-old Palestinian. According to the PPS lawyer Herman Loonstein has shared confidential documents via social media.Loonstein released a press release yesterday in which confidential information from the file was used. Loonstein wrote, among other things, that the perpetrator, who was released on pending trial on 20 December, is a “tough terrorist”.
According to the lawyer, he also stated during his interrogation that he is prepared to apply more violence in the future in order to achieve his goals. Loonstein calls it incomprehensible that the Palestinian is set free.

“The lawyer has received the file to determine his position of trial, not to share it with everyone”, says an OM spokesperson. The complaint will be submitted to the Amsterdam dean of the Bar Association. He will decide what happens to the complaint.
The Public Prosecutor has informed Loonstein of the step. The lawyer lets you know quickly with a response to the decision of the Public Prosecution Service. Should the dean address the case, Loonstein must appear before the Board of Discipline. He can then decide to warn, reprimand, suspend or even remove the lawyer from the tableau.
Earlier today, the lawyer of the suspect, Willem van Vliet, confirmed that his client has combat experience and has been trained in the use of weapons. According to Van Vliet, he was born in a Palestinian refugee camp in Syria. His interrogation would have revealed nothing that indicates radicalization. According to Van Vliet, Loonstein mistakenly gives the impression that his client is a terrorist.
