Herman Loonstein, the lawyer for the Jewish restaurant attacked by a Muslim migrant, may be disbarred for revealing that the jihadi who smashed the restaurant was a Muslim migrant who fought with jihad terrorist groups. Worse still, Loonstein calls it incomprehensible that the Palestinian Muslim terrorist was set free.
So who is the Dutch government protecting, the Jews or the jihadis? It’s very clear. Crystal.

The Public Prosecution Service will file a complaint against the lawyer of the
Jewish restaurant in Amsterdam, where last week the windows were smashed by a 29-year-old Palestinian. According to the PPS lawyer Herman Loonstein has shared confidential documents via social media.Loonstein released a press release yesterday in which confidential information from the file was used. Loonstein wrote, among other things, that the perpetrator, who was released on pending trial on 20 December, is a “tough terrorist”.
According to the lawyer, he also stated during his interrogation that he is prepared to apply more violence in the future in order to achieve his goals. Loonstein calls it incomprehensible that the Palestinian is set free.

“The lawyer has received the file to determine his position of trial, not to share it with everyone”, says an OM spokesperson. The complaint will be submitted to the Amsterdam dean of the Bar Association. He will decide what happens to the complaint.
The Public Prosecutor has informed Loonstein of the step. The lawyer lets you know quickly with a response to the decision of the Public Prosecution Service. Should the dean address the case, Loonstein must appear before the Board of Discipline. He can then decide to warn, reprimand, suspend or even remove the lawyer from the tableau.
Earlier today, the lawyer of the suspect, Willem van Vliet, confirmed that his client has combat experience and has been trained in the use of weapons. According to Van Vliet, he was born in a Palestinian refugee camp in Syria. His interrogation would have revealed nothing that indicates radicalization. According to Van Vliet, Loonstein mistakenly gives the impression that his client is a terrorist.

It’s actually kind of laughable to propose that a mad man wielding a machete and attacking a store front isn’t a radical terrorist and a threat to the public. What’s a jihadi to do in Amsterdam?

I think you have a point there. Our legislators did not anticipate this kind of criminal behavior. Much like when we had to judge the Nazi criminals at Nuremberg. There were no laws about industrial murder because no sane person ever thought of this as a possibility. The Nazi criminals were hanged though because we do not need a law in this case; everybody knows it is a capital crime.

Just look at the idiocy of Germany. Scientology is illegal there and Scientologists are banned from entering the country. Murder cults like Islam are not only legal in Germany, but they are actively encouraged and protected by that country. In fact Germany is progressing very well in the handing over of the country to the Islamists. And that strangely enough with most of the German population agreeing by keeping on voting for these criminal traitors like Merkel and Co. A great number of lawyers and judges are professional sociopaths–sometimes merely as a result of the increasingly perverse legal swamp they inhabit, just as often by personal inclination. Obviously we need to get away from the abused self serving concept of ‘judicial independence’ and back to adherence to less capricious interpretations of law and public responsibility

It’s worth recalling the role the Dutch played in the second world war.
In Holland, the Holocaust claimed the lives of 107,000 Jews, or 78 percent of Dutch Jewry, the highest death rate in western Europe.
25,000 Dutchmen served in the Waffen-SS, which participated in atrocities against Jews on the eastern front in the Soviet Union. Dutch police assisted the Germans in the roundup of Jews, and the Dutch Nazi Party, under the leadership of Anton Mussert, collaborated with the Nazis.
But here is where I find particular relevance for recent events:
After the war, returning Jewish survivors had to pay back taxes and fines on property the Nazis had seized from them – and to this day, there is not a single public monument, not one, erected to honor the Dutch Jews who perished.
God is not mocked, and this time, there will be no allied soldiers arriving to rescue the Dutch from their perfidy.

Mr. Geert Wilders says that they (or almost all of them) are members of the yuppie party D66…a party of wealthy left wing economic neo-liberals, i.e. they are not against capitalism, but are very intolerant of relgions and religious people with ONE excemption…guess which!
One of their meanest stances concerns the briz. Because the Jews do it as soon as the baby is born, they consider it as an “infringement of children’s rights,” but with the moslims there is a difference in their opinion. The boy has reached the age of reason (between 7 and 13 years of age) and he knows he’s doing it for “Allah”

Back then, NL had one of the best municipal registration systems in Europe. The system kept track to whom belonged to which religion. For tax reasons because support to religious institutions by the government was paid by taxes. Since these system were not destroyed when the Germans invaded, it became easy for them to find out who was Jews and where they were living. The Joodsche Raad collaborated with the Nazis. Some surviving members of the council were prosecuted after the war for their involvement. Most of the 25k Waffen SS did not return and the ones that did along with collaborators were prosecuted. Many NSB’ers were brutally treated in prisons and camps after the war. The scandalous treatment of returning Jews was not unique for NL. Also other countries treated them badly which is a sign of virulent antisemitism in all countries at that time.
Don’t forget, unlike other countries in Western Europe, NL was under the command of the SS, not of the Wehrmacht. This is a contributing factor to the high rate of Jews rounded up and put on transport.
And here is a thought for people trashing NL as a secular country: NL at the time was predominantly a very Christian country, albeit a very pillared one. Antisemitism is firmly rooted in Christianity. Both Luther and Calvin were virulent anti-Semites.

The Jews -apart from being exterminated- where in general very badly treated in Europe throughout the ages. There are cultural-historical-religious reasons for that.
I feel deeply ashamed of the way this recent case in Amsterdam is being treated. This is mostly because authorities in Amsterdam have been infiltrated by Gutmensch folks and the fifth column. Remember Eberhard’s commission to tackle Islamic extremism which only encouraged it?

What you said is completely false. I am sorry to tell you that you are either an ignorant or liar or spiteful person. The position of the jews in the Netherlands was the best in Europe before the 2nd w.w.,and those who collaborated with the Nazi regime were a tiny minority. Further, the only parties in the Netherlands which support and defend jews and the state of Israil, are the Christian parties: Christian Union (CU) and SGP. Moreover, the Netherlands has always sided with the State of Israel since it’s foundation.

@Michael. I consider myself well read on the subject of World War II. I know the Dutch were back stabbers but ignorant of the post war. My readings pickup in 1948 and the Berlin Airlift, Creation of Israel etc. I will research post war European Jewry and see how they were treated. Of course we know the UK were not their “friends” per se.

I worked for the Dutch legal system and as a rule no legal entity gives details about either the victim or the accused. This lawyer did but the lawyer of the accused also gave details but he does not get slapped on the fingers. There is much public outrage on the handling of the case by the prosecutor’s office in Amsterdam. The press tries to report as little as possible on this apart from some news sources. It is a disgrace that the accused was released and not put on a first plane to Syria or Gaza.

I, not that long ago, was in the camp of “They allowed it to happen. They voted for it. They deserve it.” However, no longer am I. And, I have ceased my holier than thou attitude.
